Wonderful place!! I come for the 30-minute infrared sauna sessions. The service is amazing. They have water for you if you need any. There’s towels to wipe the sweat away. They have soothing music and a tranquil lighting in the sauna room. They also have deal options to save money of going in routinely or more than just once. Plus, the cost is just for the person rather than per person in case anyone wants to sauna with a friend. I recommend it and will continue coming by! 🙂

I am so happy, I found this place!! I Was looking for a place that offered IR sauna and massages for my aching upper back, neck, and hips. I found an amazing pair of hands to help me. Thank you Matias for such a great therapeutic massage!! You focus on my problem areas and provided me with a much needed relief. My esthetician, Emma, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my skin concerns and goals. She customized the facial to address my specific needs, including a combination of deep cleansing, exfoliation, and mask application.

Clean facilities, well appointed sauna room with good lighting and a relaxing atmosphere. I think the infrared sauna treatment is helping to calm my urticaria issue and it's a great place to meditate and unwind. Friendly customer service too. Mariela is great! She makes me feel at home and doesn't rush me out the sauna if there's no one waiting for it. I plan to continue my treatments in 2024 as long as nothing changes!

The staff at Vital Health are highly skilled and dedicated to providing excellent care. Matias has been instrumental in improving my mom's knee issues and has taught her effective recovery therapy techniques I feel very comfortable and confident with the plan I’ve notice so much improvement and change that she can actually bend her knees since she was never able too. I came here searching for a solution to her issue and stumbled upon cryotherapy on Groupon where I was speaking to the previous owner Z who has helped me, I was introduced to the new owners who are also amazing and help me even further. Jibu's chiropractic therapy stood out for me, as he takes a unique approach in addressing the source of pain and providing personalized stretching recommendations he is definitely not your average chiropractor. He gets straight to the source and fixes it.
She’s also had a positive experiences continue her therapy with Steven's who does the massage therapy, which has proven effective in relieving knots and stiffness. Emma's facial treatments have also been impressive, leaving her skin looking amazing glowing and tightening Having knowledgeable and skilled on skincare products and makeup recommendations and skin routine. I’m definitely going to be going back to her for my facial. professionals like Matias, Jibu, Steven, and Emma is crucial in any recovery or spa setting.
it's heartening to know that the owners of Vital Health are amazing people who have created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for their clients. I consider this To be the best place for recovery and spa treatments, especially with the range of services and exceptional staff on offer. And they have many more treatments.
Overall, my mom and I have a highly positive and satisfying experience at Vital Health. Vital Health excels in both aspects. Anyone seeking quality care and treatments. I highly recommend there is so many options and amazing staff, it very rewarding. I also want to mention that I have seen a lot of improvement with the boots and infrared sauna treatment which is amazing.
