I had a sprained MCL from martial arts and the team at Apollo helped me recover! With about 10 sessions at the Miramar location, I was pain-free and back to doing all of my weightlifting and sparring. Zeus, Sebastian, and Ricky challenged me with some great physical therapy exercises to help strengthen my knee and areas that provide support to my knee. I did dry needling every session, which I think helped a lot and ended each session with 10 minutes applying ice to the knee. Considering how early I was going before work, it was nice to see that everyone in this office has great energy make physical therapy something to look forward to. They’re super sweet and offered me coffee whenever they made some. If I get injured again, I know where I’ll be going for PT.

There are quite a few rehab centers out there but definitely Apollo Rehab is in a class by itself. The center was highly recommended by my daughter’s orthopedic doctor and I’m so glad we took his recommendation. My daughter spent several months at the center, going 3 days a week. Her rehabilitation at Apollo was given by the most supportive team of the most knowledgeable and patient therapists. She was able to gain the confidence and strength she needed to recover and return to her sport. Thank you Apollo Rehab! You are the best!

I go to Apollo Rehab twice a week for my elbow and the service and care are excellent. Zeus, Brian and David are superb at their job, they utilize effective and creative techniques to build strength and range of motion, their exercises are challenging but manageable. Their nuance approach makes every visit an experience for the better as I work towards recovery. I am always seen punctually and at times even before my appointment time when I'm early. The office staff (Sam and David) are great, very courteous and professional; appointments and payments are handled swiftly and hassle-free. Their facility is very well equipped and spacious. I fully recommend Apollo Rehab and their team.

Apollo rehab is the best rehab for all types of injuries or rehabilitation . I have been coming here for years cervical, including bringing my daughter ( soccer player) which is also currently under there care for acl rehab. They specialize in all types of rehab and truly have the most professional staff working with patients. They are extremely hands on and knowledgeable in their profession. What a difference!!! I spent 6 months on another rehab center, with my shoulder busted, with hints that it was frozen and decided to change because I was going nowhere. Came to Apollo and in less than 2 months, 90% of my flexibility was back!!! I have been under the care of the Fantastic physical therapy team here since Around mid this year as my Journey towards recovery from my Injury and subsequent knee meniscus repair began. They are very Attentive and have guided me every step of the way.

Every single physical therapist at Apollo is invested in making sure we are doing what we need without pushing too hard without reason. They care and it shows with every visit. I will be sad to "graduate" from recovery after having the pleasure of receiving their care for over 6 months. I cannot recommend them with words alone and strongly urge anybody in need of help to give Apollo in Miramar a try. Special callout to the many David's, Brian and Zeus who are simply the best.
