Had a great experience at APE Recovery. Was greeted by Victor who was super friendly and knowledgeable about what treatments would help me. Ended up using their infrared sauna and red light booth. They also have steam saunas, compression beds, cold tubs, and they are expanding. Pricing is great and the membership is almost a no brainier. I'll definitely be going back!

Victor was amazing and very accommodating. As soon as I walked in no time was wasted. He got me started right away. The cold plunge was great and the encouragement was indeed helpful because it was not easy. Great service and very affordable too. Great to bring your kids if they play sports. I would strongly recommend Ape Recovery!

Incredible place for recovery! I am currently a boxer and have been looking for a place to help me keep my body intact and healthy and this place has been incredible for that. I put my body through intense workouts and the cold plunges here have helped my body to recovery for my next workout! I would definitely recommend this place for any anyone trying to compete or train seriously as an athlete for any sport !

Walked into this place with some agonizing lower back pain. Victor knew exactly how to get me some relief. Did my first treatment of Cupping/ scraping, and some compression therapy. Walked out of there feeling much better and now 24 hours later my back is not 100 but we'll on its way. Feeling so much better. Thank you Victor!

Victor and Alex are excellent coaches and take care of me. I’ve been coming for months and it has completely changed my life. I feel like a million bucks when I get out of there.
