I went to HoCro for an H&P and had a great experience. Overall the staff was great, especially the PA that was assisting me. They were all super kind and knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend!

They send you a bill saying they had a doctor work on your recent surgery. Doesn't even list the physicians name but wants $53 out of me. It doesn't even have my name spelled correctly. I didn't even get a note from my insurance about this or explanation of benefits. If you can't even tell me what doctor helped my surgery, what am I even paying for?

We got a phone call no info on the surgery or a bill with explanation of what it’s all about. With so many scam artists out there we are very suspicious of out of the ordinary calls.
