The worst experience with a medical office so far…I had an 20 week ultrasound and I brought my partner. He was going to come back in the room with me at first but the tech stopped him and said that they are going to do some measurements first then he will be escorted in. Well 10 mins went by of him waiting in the lobby and he asked if he could go back yet, the front desk lady lied to him and said no that I requested privacy and didn’t want him in the room..I ended up having to ask for him half way through the appointment because they were taking longer than expected to bring him back. He was very upset and didn’t want to be there because he was told I requested him not to come in. Like whaaattt.. I wouldn’t have brought him if that was the case. That office lady was clearly glued to her chair and did not want to get up to confirm my wants of him being back there. Super unprofessional and disrespectful. I hesitantly made this appointment because I know how they lack in customer service and personable skills but it was the only place I could get in for my 20 week ultrasound. I’m extremely upset and disappointed with how we were treated! Whoever was working the front on September 19, 2023 at 4:30 pm needs to be fired because she clearly does not know how to do her job properly.

I had an ultrasound scheduled and when I arrived I filled out paperwork and waited. I was then told their systems are down and that my insurance is showing an inactive status. I left puzzled and was going to reschedule. I ended up calling my insurance and was told my policy is still active. This is the second time I had an appointment here and their system was down and front desk was rude. I don't know where they checked and saw I was inactive since their system was down. I rather go elsewhere.

They only have one day available.. usually filled up. If you do make an appointment for weeks out they will call and cancel your appointment because they don't have enough doctors. No one in the office has the same information. Very unprofessional. I now have to contact another imaging place to receive my scans before surgery after I've already waited over a week for this appointment.

We have been there two times for ultrasound prescribed by our PCP for Stomach Pain. Both the times, the report never sent back to the doctor. First time, after 3 tries over the call and to send it via FAX, we collected the reports by our own and gave it to doctor. Second time its being almost two months, we followed up 2 times already but still reports aren't sent back to doctor yet. Two star is only for the execution of appointment on time, everything else is ZERO stars. Will never go back there again ... very upset.

I have been here before excellent service. Called to day to make an appointment said they had not gotten the fax from the doctor. Called the doctor where I was told I'm not the first person to call saying they hadn't gotten there fax it's a common problem. Now I have to go to them to make the appointment even though I have the order in my hand that I would show them the day of the appointment. I'm disabled and it's not easy getting places this is SO UNNESSASARY.....Who in this day and age doesn't have a working fax machine espicallly a business that depends on it or staff capable of making an appointment over the phone anymore...

For the last 3 weeks I have been nicely calling them every couple of days to get a print out of my son X-ray report so that I can bring it when my son sees the specialist and they never call me back to give me the status on there so called “computer is down”. Seriously if there computer is down for 3 weeks how do they run business? When I told the receptionist I will give them a review on yelp she begged me not to do that. Haha ... too late. You should do your job so you can get better reviews. I’m just speaking on behalf of the receptionist. Technicians are nice and does there job.

I went there in December of 2021 for an MRI. I paid in full. I got a letter in April saying I owed them more more. I called them and they said our bad, you shouldn’t have gotten that letter and No you don’t owe anything. Today I get a letter from creditor. I am beyond angry.

Horrible. A year after my visit, out of the blue, they said I owed them $350. I said that was a terrible billing practice - they agreed, but said I still owe it. I asked for a payment program and never heard back. Then they referred it to collections. Now ots$575. Called again and they said they would call back after they talk to the billing manager - never got a call back. Never getting an image again.
