I suffer from multiple health issues, one being terminal and this facility is terrible. As my body breaks down more and more, I need alternative solutions, outside of this facilities means but referral based, which is typical. Let me state, I'm from a smaller county, that refers everything out, but they get you the appointments and they listen to what you have to say.. now these people here, never have availability, when you do get appointments they never have a date for a follow, up, shots, whatever they're saying you need to come back for, "we'll call you when we have availability." It's not like I'm some dick head, I just say ok and wait usually, and end up having to follow up with them myself. Alternatives that I've been given "phone calls appointment" did they call? Hell no. So what do I do, I went to emergency, got some advice and some refills, and to my amazement an appointment with my doctor at AHC to my surprise, in as little as 3 days. Hmmm... Get to appointment and they're prescribing me all this crap, I try to explain what I was suggested by the emergency doctor and was completely ignored, brushed to the side, and told I wasn't "understandable." ?. I've now come to the conclusion that the doctors here are simply drug dealers, and want nothing to do with your actual health. My remedy for this, is to find a doctor, in some poor part of town that still has concern for actual health and wellness. This facility is really not it, unless your looking for used needles hanging around, or all the contradicting prescriptions you should ever desire, until your liver fails like mine. Great, see you Fri 11:00am. Thanks for your support team. My visit was because of a wound on my knee my shin started to turn red. Since I have been taking my pills Keflex and Bactrim big difference redness going away knee healing up.

I had an online appointment with Dr. Mariam Hasan and she did not know how to use zoom and I had wait for 1 hour without any response. Marina Vanegas, CMA was unprofessional and did not know what she was doing. Avoid this place.

I have had only positive experiences. Dr. Lee and his staff are the best. Professional and I have NEVER waited for go hours to see my Dr. and I love the new facility so far. The OLD Antioch facility had a brutal hill to climb if you were on foot. I love that the new one is more accessible and more room. Thank you to Dr Lee, his Care Coordinators and staff for the health care and professional support the last 9 years. Great job

Dr. Jamwal is awesome. The receptionist ladies? Hmmm. They check you in at their leisure, talk about their personal days as they glance at us for the next 45 mins. We arrive on time, we wait 45 mins. I was late 12 mins and we were asked to reschedule.

But, once inside. The nurses, and everyone is nicer. Like I said Dr. Jamwal is the tops! We love her.

No matter how early you come or be on time for your appointment, you have to wait more than 1 hour to see your doctor. Too slow.
I wonder how are people giving this facility more than 2 star ⭐️⭐️

When I go there late for my appointment and they make me and my family wait so long to make reschedule ours appointment and when I and my family come early to there they always make us wait long hours and the Receptionist white lady from one of the windows at contra costa health services place is very rude and disrespectful to me & my family I think they don’t care about us we want to be treated with kind & respectful we truly deserve to be treated right and respect dr Moore is the best doctor and his staffs are cool
