I called today for a walk in appointment and was told by the person who answered the call that they do not see sick patients at the urgent care. I told her I had a severe throat, but no cough or runny nose and was denied an appointment and recommended that I call Summit Urgent care. I suggest that this office update their website and to what is considered urgent care. It will save people a lot of time.

I recently had an exceptional experience at this urgent care facility. From the moment I walked in, the staff exhibited utmost professionalism and compassion. The receptionist (Evelyn) was efficient, and the wait time was impressively short, especially for an urgent care center.

The medical team was thorough in their assessment and diagnosis, taking time to address my concerns and explain the treatment plan. The facility was clean and well-organized, creating a comfortable environment. Overall, the high level of care, prompt service, and friendly demeanor of the staff left me thoroughly satisfied. I would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone in need of prompt and reliable medical attention.

I love this office. Been seeing the providers within this office for about a little over a year for my 13 yo and they (most notably Tiffany) are so knowledgeable and accommodating! Tiffany and all of the Clinical stay we encountered meet the patients on their level and don’t make them feel like just another appt/urgent care visit. The office staff/reception is friendly and quite helpful.

If you’re ever in need of urgent care services or in the market for a new pcm, I’d definitely recommend!

What kind of nutty place is this I called to see if i can come in cause ive had a possible bronchial infection . They said sorry we are not accepting sick patients. Lol hu Are you an urgent care What other kind of patients Re there I guess super healthy patients on vacation!! Lol what a joke!!

Receptionist was extremely friendly. Was in and out within an hr and a good part of that was due to paperwork since it was my first time there. Doctor took her time to explain what was going and what meds she was going to be prescribing and why. I personally hate going to the doctor but can honestly say this was a pleasant experience.

Wow, I am so impressed and happy with Dr. Emily Kasgarli what a professional and attentive Dr. She listened to my concerns addressed everything we talked about and made an appointment to call me back with the results. A very caring Dr. With a clear plan of care. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. I feel confident that if I have any health issues she will give me the very best advice and treatment. Thank you!

I must say that the overall the experience was very good. My wait time to see the Dr. was about 30 minutes. The Dr. was very thorough, friendly and very attentive. I felt satisfied upon leaving. Unfortunately there was a breakdown in the office somewhere because I left the office expecting to pickup the necessary antibiotics at the pharmacy to which the pharmacy had not received the orders all day. I have a super bad bug bite that needed me to start taking meds around the clock but will have to wait until tomorrow a.m. when I contact the office to see what went wrong. Fortunately they gave me a Rocephin injection while in the office which will carry me over to tomorrow. Otherwise the attention given by the Dr. was excellent.

Not only are the doctors good and caring, but the staff is probably the best I have ever dealt with.

Pro: Most often no/short wait. Cute, smart nurses.

Con: They don't take Medi-cal, and an urgent care visit is $80.

Also, you can see an interesting crowd in the waiting room, as one of the doctors is the only one in the AV who prescribes medical marijuana.
