i cannot believe this is a real place that people receive health care. i should have known not to come here by the difficulty i had even trying to get an appointment on the phone. i have never been here and had an appointment for a physical capacity form to be filled out for a job im trying to get and had to pay $25 for a doctor to come in, fill out the form and tell me i had an appointment in 3 months for bloodwork and when i said i didnt need another appointment she LITERALLY just walked out of the room mid sentence and we were left alone for like 10 minutes. i finally found a nurse in the hall and asked what was going on and if we were free to leave and she said “do whatever you want” needless to say i left and i will never go to or recommend a Quality of Life facility to ANYONE!! Ridiculous!!!! The only person in the building who had the quality of a real human being was the lady at the registration desk downstairs who was nice.

I’m a patient at Quality Healthcare Services off of Noble Street in Anniston. NP Garva (I believe that is how you spell her name) is absolutely wonderful and a world class medical professional. I couldn’t ask for a more professional experience, down to earth atmosphere, and time conscious enviorment.

I am so thankful I went to this clinic. To start with I was with Dr. Thomas.. I’ve noticed she doesn’t really care about the patient. Only wants you in and out as fast as possible. She didn’t even take 2 minutes to speak with me. I switched to Dr. Garba and she has been my favorite doctor I’ve ever went to! She listens to what you have to say, educates you on the different matters, really goes into depth and makes sure to work WITH you on the medication and the process moving forward. The staff is super nice and always very helpful (this includes front desk, the clinic, AND pharmacy!!). As long as I make an appointment before time, the visit goes very efficiently (in and out), but they still make sure to check everything is going well, my concerns, etc. Make sure to bring in your ID, and check stub (you might qualify for the discount.. which btw has helped me GREATLY! $25 copay, hugely discounted medicine, etc). Very thankful for this clinic and the staff ?

By far the worst staff I've ever encountered. I've waited on referrals for 10+ months.
They refuse to do their job, there's no accountability.
They rarely even answer the phone.
I've sat on hold for 30 minutes with the automated service telling me I'm #1 in queue.
If you need a doctor, find some place other than here.

Very nice place with friendly professional people. Waiting time with a appointment is only a few minutes. I used to wait at C.A.R.E.S for at least three hours with a appointment or not just see a grouchy a**hole of a doctor that won't listen or even make eye contact with you for the two minutes he sees you. This doesn't happen here! Dr. Smith is very nice & knows what he's doing.

the absolute WORST dentist i’ve ever had an experience with In my whole 22 years of life. they’re hateful, and very rough. they wouldn’t even let me take my child to the back room with me in her car seat. they made her sit at the front desk and cry. asked them specifically not to touch certain teeth that were very painful and they did it anyways and made my gums bleed while I was there and for almost an hour after I left as well. will NOT be going back and do not recommend anyone going

each time to making appointment the waiting period is about 3 month in advance then when it get closer to appointment they will call you to cancel it because no one not gonna be there and try to offer new appointment another 3 month/ last time a different Dentist fix my tooth don't do good job I came back home with sharp part on my tooth , it will scathing my upper lip when I try to eat or talk. It's time to move on from this place

I read the reviews and was kind of put off. I ask a friend of mine if she heard anything about AQHC and she informed me alot of her family and friends use them and said they were all happy going there. I just moved here to care for my mom so I don't have insurance and caring for her is full-time. I think this place was absolutely awesome. Yes they were a little slow but they also were very thorough. I do rely on reviews but some of these reviews are a little picky I think. When you don't have insurance, it could be worse. I just want to thank the ladies at AQHC and Dr. Omerauh.
