If I could give no stars, or minus stars I would do that. Company charged my CC, did not provide product and did not respond to numerous messages through the website. I finally was able to find a phone number for the business and representative said item was back ordered, and they had no idea when the product would be available. When I asked why they didn’t respond to my messages, or let me know the product was back ordered, he said they were understaffed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Look elsewhere!!

I am very disappointed with my order that I had placed back on 3/19/21. I ordered a 60 count of the ZM Ultra soft chews for dogs and received the wrong product. I immediately reached out to get this corrected. I have left multiple messages, tried the online chat, and sent emails to the customer service email provided to try to get this rectified. I am still waiting for a return label to return the incorrect item and still waiting for a tracking number for the correct item to be sent. Right now I would just be happy with a refund so I can go elsewhere. Horrible customer service when you cannot get answers, return phone calls, etc. It is 1 thing for a mistake to be made, but when you cannot get any answers on getting it corrected, that is horrible. If I could give 0 stars, that is where I would be right now.

Very disappointed with their service!!!!
Ordered 2 items and got only one, contacting customer service which agents very rude and just getting answers that they will contact me back. NOTHING HAPPENED yet since last Thursday. Just received email today morning: Thank you for your order.
P.S. I got the shampoo today. So bag reviews really help if nothing else works. Updating till 3 stars from one.
