I do not recommend you hire this place if you are looking for a reliable and trust worthy business you can have peace of mind with for your loved ones. I am so appalled at the experience I had with this company I am leaving a 1 star review in hopes of warning other people who need care and who may even be a current client and not realize their elderly loved ones may be in a bad situation with this group and unable to advocate for themselves. My moms temporarily needs 24/7 care while she heals from a broken leg and an emergency surgery to her abdomen. She is at home with a catheter in and is in a lot of pain and has dealt with back to back trauma including more complications post surgery leading to an ER visit from a severe allergic reaction to meds. Ashley the office manager is the most unprofessional person I have had the displeasure of meeting in a very long time. Janice, one of the caretakers (blonde hair, around 60) is a very manipulative, conniving woman who I would never trust with anyone I love. She came off very sweet and caring but would make a lot of passive aggressive comments that seemed like a red flag and we found out was being very manipulative with my mom in her vulnerable state. But we are so desperate for care right now that I was trying to see the good in her. She encouraged my mom to use medical marijuana (which my mom has a license for) and asked her where wants the people working to eat - Janice asked "Do you want them to eat their snacks at the table, living room or car?" (something to that effect) and my mom said "they eat in their car?" and Janice said "if you want them to yes" and my Mom has not ever previously had help so she didn't know what to say and agreed that if they wanted to eat in their car they can do that but of course she has no problem with them eating in the home. I then get an unannounced visit from Ashley "the manager" who should quite frankly lose her job over this (Janice too because I just cannot even believe a person like that exists) because the level of unprofessionalism she showcased today at my Mom's house tells me she is doing this to other clients and probably clients that cannot speak up and advocate for themselves. She showed up very rude and rolling her eyes coming at my mom saying Janice complained and other staff complained about the medical marijuana and she can't do that or she can hire someone else. Medical marijuana is legal and my mom has been doing it in the bathroom with the door closed (she cannot go outside due to her limited mobility post surgery). Ashley clearly did not realize Janice is the one who encouraged my mom to smoke in the first place so when I filled her in on that I saw her face change and realize she was getting two different stories. Ashley also asked really rude where can staff eat to which I told her that my Mom did not say they have to eat in their car they can eat inside. The whole thing was ridiculous this is a company we are paying good money for that we hired for help. My Mom is a very sweet woman who is in a vulnerable state and needs help. She is learning how to ask for it and it's such a shame that we had to deal with this company to find out the hard way you cannot trust just anyone- even a company designed to be trusted to care for others. We are the client. We did not do anything wrong and even if we had you need to approach the matter delicately and go in to investigate the situation. She did not call to tell me she was coming and barged in rolling her eyes huffing and puffing and basically shouting at my mother. She approached the whole thing as guilty until proven innocent and when she left I immediately confided in my mom's other helper who we hired through care.com who was also equally furious. She is protective of my mom because she knows her well and we agreed we needed to fire Angels Home Care immediately for my Mom's best interest and safety. I quickly lined up a more professional company who only employs CNAs and HHAs. The staff at Angels didn't even know how to empty a catheter. -15/10 would never recommend.

For the past 18 months, Angels Around You Home Care has been helping me with my elderly mother so she can continue to live at the independent retirement community she loves. She has numerous health issues and is also somewhat of a challenging personality. However, the agency has been extremely patient, kind, and responsive to changes in her situation and needs. I have been impressed at how hard they try to find a great fit for a caretaker for Mom. Their communication has been excellent - they keep me updated with any changes to the caretaker who will be going to Mom as well as any issues the caretakers may be encountering. Every agent with whom I have spoken has been extremely compassionate and understanding. I would strongly recommend this agency to anyone who has an elderly loved one who needs assistance. Dr Raj and the Clinical staff at Angels Around You Home Care were quick to respond, flexible and available anytime we needed a care companion.. Day or Night schedules available with timely notification. This team has worked diligently to be there for us to help provide basic private duty home care for my mother when I was not able to. Helping to put my mind at ease as I can work from home while caring for my mother. They truly help fills in for my family when necessary

Angels Around You is a gem. We needed around the clock care for my dad and Dr Raj and his company came through for us. All of the home aides who came provided such gentle and loving care to my dad, especially Kat. Dr Raj and his wife Stephanie went above and beyond to make sure our needs were covered and that we were satisfied with the care we were getting.

The best part is their flexible scheduling which allows you to schedule fewer than 4 hour chunks at a time. I highly recommend Angels Around You.

Dr. Raj and his staff are wonderful! A situation arose quickly with my Mom and they had support in my home that night. I needed 8 hours a day, 7 days a week and they covered all my needs. Dr. Raj's wife even came one evening. I highly recommend this company.
