My mother was recently discharged from a local hospital with comorbidity at an advanced age. The hospital wanted her transferred to a nursing facility - but ultimately we chose "in-home physical therapy" as a first attempt. I was given a list of providers and asked to pick one. Most of the reviews were horrible across the board (every company), and even as I write this "Angels" is only a 2.3 (but things change).

I had barely gotten through the door from the hospital when Raeann called to schedule the initial evaluation (this was after-hours on a Friday night). I followed up Saturday morning thinking I'd hear back Monday. She immediately contacted me back, and asked if she could meet with Mom that day. She showed up early to the appointment and then spent the next two hours talking to both of us about her care. To say Raeann is "sharp" is an understatement. She is an amazing resource and wealth of knowledge and information and she actually, truly cares.

I also have to mention Barry. After looking through my list, I ultimately chose Angels because it was close. I felt proximity might help when it came time to demand some accountability (again the reviews were pretty bad). So I headed to the little satellite office and was met by a fellow who probably shouldn't even have let me in the door. I had no referral, nothing, I was just some guy off the street. He went out of his way to answer every question I had and chase down some material and contact information for me. Above and beyond.

Whatever this company was before, based on my experience, it's turned a corner for the better. I would never hesitate to use them.

Unresponsive customer service. Been trying to get a proper appointment for at least a week they keep saying they'll call back but never do.
