Wow! Where do I begin! Such an incredible experience working with Cam!! We are pretty tech savvy but had some WiFi & phone service issues we just couldn’t resolve even after working with our providers. Cam was incredibly helpful & knowledgeable. He made more progress within 5 minutes of being at our home than we made in 2 months. Just call them!! Totallly worth your time!!! He went above and beyond and also helped with a few other tech questions I was trying to solve for years and helped me find solutions. Thank you so much for your help!! Working with ANerd4u while running a busy medical practice was a breath of fresh air: They helped with our network, work stations, EMR system, system access, and hand held devices. One area outside of their scope was upgrading the phone system that they helped with but not responsible for. They came on site and really worked as an advocate for us to make the best choices during the upgrade, they also engaged Comcast, the vendor and our staff to make the change a success.
