Don't let the 2 bad reviews scare you away. I have seen Dr. Andrade 3 times and every time she has been extremely thorough, down to earth, and caring. I was very nervous to get a primary doctor but after the first time meeting her, I was already comfortable. Also, her assistant, Felicia is a very kind, chill person. I cannot say enough about the staff at family medicine. Everyone is so nice and attentive! A special shout out to Tiffany Merchant. She spends each visit thoroughly explaining what is going on and does not stop until she has the answer.

Called for new patient information. The person answering the phone immediately went into a spiel about how far out appointments are and she "doesn't even know what kind of insurance plan you have". Of course, she hadn't asked and was just rude, rude, rude.
