My first experience as a walk-in was awesome. The person at the front desk was very courteous and respectful and down to earth. The doctors assistant was also very cool and made me feel at ease and then I meet the doctor and she was like a breath of fresh air and very knowledgeable with her diagnosis for what I had going on. I lived here for almost 3 years, and now I finally have a primary physician. With that said, I appreciate these people with all my heart... I will definitely recommend them

I normally am seen at the Anderson office and have had terrible health care for years. My provider left so I went to the Redding office and after speaking with Stephanie for 10 minutes I felt like Christmas came early! I have quite a few health problems and she had already reviewed my records and had ordered tests for me before I was seen. I was so impressed with her! The office staff is also wonderful. I'm so happy I made the change to the reading office!

They’re office/waiting room was completely empty and they turned me away saying they couldn’t see anyone else due to too many patients, to ride my bike to Anderson, I was only in there to be cleared back to work and I find it unusual to have an empty waiting room and to be Turing people away

This office is amazing Holly at the front desk is so caring and patient and Dr. Casteela makes you feel as if your her only patient I'm 62 and I've been to countless medical offices this is in my top 3 . If your thinking about going here it's a big YES

I was seen in this office last Thursday and needed antibiotics for pneumonia conditions. They were to call in 3 medication to help me STAT. Upon arriving at CVS that evening, I find that the meds were NEVER called in. I checked with other pharmacies in case they sent it elsewhere with no luck. I left a message on their phone and since they never looked at their messages, they never responded on Monday morning. I see numerous complaints on the review sites and now I'm adding another. Someone better step up and get these offices working professionally or they may be closing.

I would give zero stars if I could.
I'm assigned to anderson walk in for my insurance and I called last Monday to make an appointment. They said I didn't need one, just show up the next morning at 8am. OK I show up the next morning at 8am and give them my info. They said they cannot see me because I'm in collections. Which is impossible because I have partnership and I was there in 2021 with no issues. Never had any. Never had a bill.
They told me to call medical billing but even if I paid it, I couldn't come back till that evening because the people there had appointments. (Which I was told I didn't need).
So I call billing and she finally finds my information and says I have a bill in collections from 2009. Yes. 2009. 15 years ago. But I'm just now hearing about it. And I cannot be seen until I pay it off.
I've contacted someone for legal advice because this seems absolutely absurd to be denied medical care for a bill that old. It isn't on my credit report or anywhere else.
This office is a complete joke. The people are rude. And I hope this doesn't happen to someone else.

Holly was smiling as we walked up and got me in the schedule where I could fit too!
