I was referred to Anaya Medical after struggling getting help with my dads C-pap and supplies from a previous company. The ladies at this company not to worry they would help us out. They took it from there after the first phone call. With in no time they had things situated with his insurance and supplies were on there way. We don’t even have to call to reorder…they call me. This has taken so much stress off my shoulders! I truly hope the whole staff know how much I appreciate all they have done!

Best customer service ever. When my 6 foot 4 inch 94 year old father broke his leg, they researched and determined the best possible wheel chair for him to use while he recuperated since the rental wheelchairs would not fit him. The chair was on back order but they kept us informed as to when to expect the chair and it was delivered promptly. We are extremely satisfied with their choice.

This company is the worst company. I have been without my Cpap machine for about 4 or 5 months. My machine stopped working and they were supposedly were waiting for approval for a new one. Still have not got one. I have been back and forth with this company until it just got the best of me today. Highly do not recommend.

Very helpful staff. I probably bugged them a lot but they were patient helping me get what I needed. I was have trouble with my insurance…it was nice to have kind and compassionate people help you when you don’t understand the process.
