I changed to Klick after already feeling let down by the previous doctor I was assigned to. I took time in choosing her as my new doctor. I was immediately disappointed in my choice after our first visit. I felt bullied by her when it came to my personal medical decisions. It made me not want to see her again because it was as if I was going to get scolded like a child. I won't be going back to her service. Where the heck can I find a caring, compassionate doctor that will take time to see me as a person and not just an appointment time

My dad just landed in the ER because of her. Prescribed her some medication that made my dads blood pressure really low. She didn’t communicate with my dads cardiologist and gave her whatever I’m sure she thought was good and it messed him up bad. Daily headaches, dizziness fatigue. My dad is 82, my mom is 65 she sees her as well. My moms been a very healthy woman for her age and all of sudden she wants to give her heart medication too? Stay away from this doctor if you’re seeing her get a new one ASAP.

Wish I could give zero stars but that’s not possible.
Took my son to this clinic today and Dr. Klick was very rude due to the fact that I didn’t and do not want to vaccinate my son. I find it sad that doctors are suppose to be there to advise and guide but not to impose what they think is the right way to raise a child. I felt that she was a bully and when I said it was due to religious beliefs she didn’t respect and said I was a lier. I was quiet the entire time because there is no point to argue with people that feel like they don’t work for you but rather doing their job which she did incorrectly.
If she recommends that is one thing but she did not do that she belittled me as a mother and she belittled my belief and what’s right for my child.
Needless to say I will no longer go back there. I’m so disappointed with that doctor and I truly hope she can be more of a provider for the people then an uptight person that thinks they know it all.

My experience with Dr. Klick, and her staff has been great!!! I can express my opinion and I feel heard. The medical treatment that my family receives is a good match for the needs I have.

Sadly, I agree this Doctor is very opinionated. I will be seeing another doctor as well for my child. It’s not worth it, the world is already full of hate we don’t need it from someone who is meant to help others as well.
