at First Amy was going to accept my 84 year old mom as a new patient but then she change she said she couldn’t accept my 84 year old Mom as a Patient beacuse my mom had a Dr already At another clinic but guess what another Dr in the same clinic in Hadley did took my mom as a new patient with no problem I still don’t understand why she didn’t want to accept Her She was 84 years old this is how they treat the seniors me & Mom was very disappointed 😔 I don’t recommend her

Amy Zurba is a nurse practitioner at Hadley Family Practice. I was able to get a same day appointment and was seen by her promptly on schedule. She addressed my concerns, was knowledgeable and thorough. It was a first encounter with this practitioner and I wouldn't hesitate to see her again. After the appointment, she responded promptly to my follow-up question on the patient portal.

Amy is not my primary but I have seen her a couple of times when my primary wasn't available soon enough etc. She is a caring and decisive caregiver who has made a difference for me in a couple of situations, including advocating for me for an ear referral when I needed one most. She is top shelf.
