Had a good visit with Dr Nance. Love her as my doctor. Very friendly and easy to talk too, and makes sure you understand everything. I would have given a star review, but needed some additional Labs. After 3 needle sticks to insert the catheter I ended up being at my appointment for over 3 hrs.

My time with the med assistant and the practitioner was excellent, no complaints there, but I waited close to an hour to receive my injection at the end of the visit which was unacceptable. I was told that due to billing changes, med assistant were no longer allowed to give injections which they have been previously trained to do. All injections had to be given by someone who was at least an LPN. This change causes an unnecessary wait to an otherwise quick visit.

My mother Inez Jordan is 87 so I’m writing this on her behalf. Everyone that works in this office is amazing. They’ve always treated my mom with kindness and care whether she’s being seen by Dr. Nance or.PA-C Sykes. The level of kindness and care they extend towards her is pretty amazing. The degree of excellence in their treatment of her is top notch. During the visit they never rush my mom. They answer all her many questions, and if there’s anything extra they can do for her they do it. Tristin is usually the one that checks us out and she's such a pleasure, but we had new lady this time and I apologize that I don’t know her name but she was nice as well. If you want really great care and treatment that is top notch this is the place to go no matter your age or medical condition.

Check in and check out went smoothly. The nurse was very nice and I didn’t even feel the needle for the blood withdrawal. Doctor Nance was attentive. Overall excellent care!

Dr Nance was the first medical expert I saw after my cancer diagnosis, and I was given a very timely appointment. She had a gentle, caring way of thoroughly explaining the possible treatments I might need. She was very patient, and answered all my questions. Post-surgery, she continues to monitor my progress. On follow up visits, I am sometimes seen by her team members, who also exhibit patience and expertise.
