I will NEVER shop there again. I asked for a certain size & she tried to tell me what size I should get & that it will fit. I didn't try them on there because a cat was present & I'm allergic to cats. Of course the size she gave me was too big. Couldn't return because she is never there. She also asked me to pay with cash or send it through cash app. What a SCAM, who does that. I paid with a credit card and she said, unfortunately I can't print out any receipts. Run as fast as you can away from that store. Overpriced & should be closed down for trying to scam people

I wish I could give this store a negative rating. I’ve never experienced a place where you ask for a specific size and don’t receive it. The salesperson told me, “trust me, this will fit,” and handed me an extra-large instead of the large I requested. I’ve worn a large for 18 years and suddenly someone else claims to know what’s best for me. The store itself is dusty and full of cat fur, and the prices are significantly higher than what the brands normally charge. It’s far better to shop elsewhere or order online from a company that doesn’t overcharge. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and I had to endure a child talking to his friend on speaker while I wasn’t allowed to browse for chef attire. The store might as well have a plexiglass window like a liquor store if customers can’t browse, and the register was blocked by numerous boxes. My card was swiped behind the counter, then the staff had to manually enter my card details again on one handheld device before handing me another to enter my PIN. How many steps does it take to process a payment for overpriced goods? Go anywhere else. Honestly, it’s better to order from Temu or make your own uniform.

The OWNER is never there!! The OWNER lied said I’ll have my kids uniforms in 2 days. It’s been three weeks now. No one picks up the phone! Service is horrible!!! If you peek though the window you would see the black cat stretched out on the clothes which I think is NASTY!! Like what IF people are allergic to cats Horrible VERYYYY Horrible Service! West oaks academy need to NOT do business with this women because this is ridiculous. 0 STARS!!

I called and the phone was answered quickly. Asked if she had white scrub tops, and she said yes. I was in a panic because I've been to 3 stores and Walmart, and no one had white scrub tops. The school program I'm in wants a white top and black scrub pants. I was tired of driving around to find these. Last resort, even with horrible reviews, I got exactly what I needed. She did tell me they're under new management. Call first and then stop by. There are tons of scrubs, but she's reorganizing. Wish I would have stopped by last week, but the reviews turned me to look elsewhere. Now, I know it's got what I need. Now, I will be ready for school without ordering on Amazon.

I'm not sure what is going on here, but I came to this shop on two occasions and not open...wasted trip. Called several times, and there no answer and voicemail full. Won't get my money.

Bad bad business. I read the reviews before I came here and just decided to go ahead and give them a chance! Big mistake! Was told my pants would be here on a Tuesday, called Tuesday and said they would be here on Thursday and she would give me a call, Thursday passed and no call from the lady, Friday passed and no call. Now it’s Saturday and now she’s saying NEXT Tuesday…. So what about my job? Then they won’t give you a refund so you have to go ahead and dispute with your bank. Save yourself the time and headache and just order online or go to a more reliable scrub store.

I've went to this location four times during their hours of operation and no one is there. I've been greeted by a black cat each time. I've been told twice by the owner when inventory would be in, but to know the orders were never put in.
