From the start this office has been the most helpful I have received in the medical field, hands down. Coming from an office with a terrible staff it was an easy process to switch things over because of the front office staff. She is attentive and personable. I have had to call quite a few times and every time she greets with the same professionalism and kindness.

The office manager is amazing and truly attentive to your needs and Dr Surrency is incredible. I’ve been to other behavioral health doctors who’ve made me feel like just another number but Dr. Surrency listens attentively and truly makes me feel heard and understood. This guy is a great doctor--- when he's organized. I can't tell you how many times I had to call him to fill my scripts when he'd forget. He missed appointments. He schedules your appointments when it suits him, not when it suits you. "Your appointment is this date/time." Without even asking if that works or is okay. He was supposed to schedule my last appointment, but I never heard back from him. I found a new doctor. It's a shame, because I did like him a lot. But he's just too forgetful, especially when it comes to filling medication.

I called to make an appointment at a really low time in my life as I’m sure most do when they call someone of this profession.

When I called, the lady that answered instantly jumped down my throat about needing a referral. No matter how many times I stated I didn’t she argued with me. Finally I called my insurance and verified the answer I already knew. When I called back the same lady answered. This time though, she takes my information down because she’s “too busy” to make an appointment at this time. It’s been a month and she never called back. I’m lucky to have found someone else but the fact that SO MANY people are calling a place like this at a really low point… you would think the person on the other end of the phone would be a little kinder.

Greetings, my daughter is seen at this practice. I can't say enough about the care she receives from the Provider and his staff. Once you enter you will be greeted by such a professional and humble Receptionist name Ms. Tangie. After checking in my daughter was seen by Dr. Surrency.
