The delivery arrived several days ahead of the scheduled delivery window and there were no problems. My directions were followed as to where to run the hose and the storage tank was filled without incident. As a customer for over 25 years, this is pretty much normal.

Amerigas delivered to the WRONG house and is CHARGING ME and I have called and called and called it's been over a month, fix your crap. After leaving this review on their site it asked if I wanted to copy it to google, so yes I do. Let me warn you all right now, no on-shore agents, not a one. I asked and they said they just don't have on-shore agents (I am hard of hearing and asked for someone with less of an accent.) $686 bill because and I QUOTE THE DELIVERY DRIVER "I thought you were still living at your old house." I've been disputing the charges since 2/11/25 don't trust them.

Can I give negative stars Worst service I’ve ever experienced. How is this company in business? 6 hours on hold and still cannot reach support. Paid $900 for service, did not receive service and still did not get my money back!

If you're thinking of using Amerigas hang onto your wallet and run for your life. Their price are the highest and there is a new fee every time you turnaround. Point in case, they are charging me $348 to end service in conjunction with a move

Amerigas mounted a wireless device that sends my tank level to their delivery department. They come around and fill it when it's low. Never run low on propane again. Drivers are great and don't back into your driveway when it's rainy or snowing. Very friendly service for sure. Thanks, Amerigas

Absolute trash! Trying to get my tank refilled for the first time and the experience has been terrible. Order placed online and was a 5 day delivery window, fine. Not great but I’ll deal. Tried to call the local Show Low and Camp Verde offices to get an exact date and was rerouted to India every time. I was told by India there was no way to contact a local office. Then was told the delivery would occur outside the 5 day window! I spoke to a supervisor and explained I had made plans to be home during the 5 day window and since the delivery was occurring outside the window, I would not be home. She assured me the delivery would be within the correct date. Later today I got a call that the delivery is outside still outside the window. Another 30 minute call with India. No results, no help. Big mistake. Go local for any kind of customer service. I will be.

Literally the worst propane company. They out source service to Asia and they rarely have USA representation. Horrible horrible horrible and if you're elderly and rely on heat provided by their propane and your multiple servingtank goes empty and amerigas failed to fill it, you'll probably get hypothermia before they show up.

Your customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. It took me over a month to get propane delivered and then the delivery was made late. I had to leave my property vulnerable to theft until I could get back and lock the gate. Your representatives guaranteed the delivery would be made several times, which was not the case. When I tried to talk to Supervisor, I was disconnected.
