My husband was hospitalized for two weeks in December and had a number of health issues to be addressed upon his return home. Thankfully we had our own guardian angel, Jordan, from American River Home Care, to guide us through his recovery! She was courteous, prompt, thoughtful, professional and extremely knowledgeable as well as an absolutely delightful human being! We both feel so grateful to have her come into our lives during a time of stress and we cannot recommend her more highly!

American River Home Care provided excellent service for my 102 year old mother-in-law. They have friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Mom was discharged from the hospital on Monday and Ruthie Bucu provided the initial physical therapy assessment on Tuesday and had Nurse Stacy on Thursday to go over the 3 medications that was prescribed.

Physical Therapist Richard Chatoff worked with Mom on her leg exercises while on the bed and got her to stand up and walk with her walker. Occupational Therapist Anna worked on Mom’s arm exercises. Mom liked both of them and she cooperated by performing the exercises.

My home-health nurse, Myrna was amazing. She was knowledgeable about my condition, was able to answer my questions, and put me at ease during my first few week home. Myrna's communication about the dos and don't was direct and professional - wrapped warmly in a voice care and concern for my best recovery. After open heart surgery Jordan my nurse did a wonderful job of keeping me aware of all the problems I may encounter. I had a cough that was terrible and she suggested honey and hot water. It truly helped. Sheralyn was my physical therapist and she gave me just the right amount exercises for me to remember. She also pushed me just the right amount until I was able to walk around my block. Both ladies are very professional.

I cannot recommend a better place for wound care. I owe my healing all to Mallory! I had a difficult wound to heal too. Mallory goes above & beyond really. She explained everything she did, was always on time & she was gentle when there were painful situations. She really cares about her patients & is not just in it for a check. I called the Company late on a Friday afternoon about wound management for my 94 year old father that resides in an assisted living facility in Folsom. Their staff was absolutely terrific. They had one of their nurses (Chris) go see my father at 9 AM on Saturday. Chris arrived on time and by 10AM he had called me and reported that he put a new dressing on the wound and all was good.
He told me that he would be coming back 3 times per week and that the wound should be fully healed in 2 weeks.
In conclusion, they did exactly what they said they were going to do.
They are definitely a 5 star company, that is truly focused on Customer Satisfaction.
