Dr. Brett at the Chandler location is the better choice. He’s compassionate and attentive. This practice is different. Here is why you shouldn’t choose this practice:
They don’t have a working phone number to call directly to their office. You’ll have to call the chandler office, so they can “pass a message”
Called to reschedule an appointment? oops they didn’t get the memo. Suddenly it’s a no show fee and stern awkward looks from the entire office.
Calling to let them know you’re running behind? They never get the memo and they’ll turn you away for not letting them know.
This doctor will see you for 5-10 minutes for a 30 minute follow up appointment. It’s so quick and it usually a repeat of the last appointment. Same quick checklist then out the door.
15 minute late policy? Nonexistent. They’ll have someone else in their chair by 10 minutes passed.(seriously), which doesn’t make sense. My appt is scheduled for 30 minutes, but walking when I’m 7 minutes late and she’s already with another patient. How? Why?
If you’re going to spend only 10 minutes talking to me, why do you turn clients away the way you do? You’d think with how “efficient” she is, she’s be able to get more people in, or be more forgiving on time. But nope. She’ll give you less than 10 minutes to get there or she’s on to the next one. Which can be rough for people coming from the 347.
Everything about this practice is unapproachable, and they fall into the same Maricopa substandard medical care. Their time matters over yours.
I’ve made this comment about this location before, and I’ll make it again. If you want an office that is kind and compassionate PLEASE go to the Chandler location, and see Dr. Brett. American Medical Associations is amazing but this location is not.
