I love this company. This is my 2nd year doing business with them. Keyshia King was my licensed agent and found me an incredible policy for a great rate. She was professional yet friendly and compassionate. Verified everything perfectly and gave me her contact info if i had questions or concerns after the call. I would recommend this company for everyone needing medical coverage. They are top notch.

Victoria Llewellyn was a great example of customer service and enthusiasm. She answered every question (there was a LOT) with patience and kindness and was very pleasant to talk to. During this weekend Kevin Patee being helping me getting my health plan situated he is very respectful, patient he also had communication skills to answering any questions or concerns that I had regarding the Health plan. The way he express and actions it sounds and look he's committed to what he does but also that he enjoys what he does. Is a blessing to received a quality service. Thank you America Health Market.

This company has been told 8 different calls to place on DO NOT CALL LIST . I received one yet again today. Several calls are blocked and yet your company still calls. I will not be harassed be sure your agents to refrain from your ugliness & put the number off your agent call list. Because it is not worth your time to stop calling. update yet another call today. wow

I did not have a great experience here. The deceptive marketing practices used to draw customers to the company went against my morals and values as a Rastafarian. In today's society there are real people that truly need assistance with groceries and rent. I could not help those people that truly believed we were able to render aid. My conscious caused me to be condemned.

Last week I had an unfortunate experience with a representative at this company. I left a message Friday afternoon and received a call back first thing this morning (Monday). Kaitlyn Ash was awesome today. She answered all my questions, offered good advice and comprehensive detail. Within a few short minutes on the phone all of our issues were resolved. Very impressive young lady!!!!

I interviewed with AHM twice in a two week period, for two different roles. Both times, I was given a now very-obviously-scripted intro to the company and it's culture, then proceeded through the process rather quickly. I spoke to two different members of the talent acquisition team (once for each role), then got to the point where I interviewed for the first role with the actual hiring manager. At the end of our call, the hiring manager mentioned how he wanted to have me into the office to "meet the team and make it official in person..." Five days came and went and I never heard back from ANYONE. I even called the talent acquisition person I spoke with and got ignored. The following week, I interviewed for another role and even made it a point to mention the lack of communication involved in the previous process. I was told that "never happens and is not their policy at all!" Once again, we are almost a week out and I didn't hear back about that process at all. I just (like, seriously, JUST NOW) called and spoke to the original recruiter. She acted like I was a huge surprise and apologized and told me what I already knew: both positions were filled. She also randomly threw out a third position I could "maybe interview for if I was interested..." I'm hoping it didn't come as a shock that I said no. As someone in HR and recruiting myself, this has EASILY been the WORST example of talent acquisition I've ever experienced...avoid at all costs...
