I had a great experience there. I was a walk-in so I knew the wait would be a bit long, but the staff were kind and respectful. The doctor was awesome, explained in detail what was going on. I will definitely be back when needed.

The scheduling was easy, however, it doesn’t matter what time your appointment is, you will be seen after everyone who got there before you, appointment or not. My appointment time was 9:30, I arrived at 9:15, and I didn’t even get called to a room until 2 hours later. The staff was great and friendly. The doctor had his mind made up before he entered the room, spent less than 5 min with me, and I received 3 shots, which luckily are working. When I got home I got a notice from my pharmacy that I had prescriptions to pick up. They didn’t let me know they actually had sent scripts in, in addition to the shots, so I had to then leave my house again, to get those, when I could have just run across the street to get them. I am not sure what could the app does or “scheduling” an appointment. I won’t be back until the bugs are worked out of the system.

What an awful experience. The staff was nice but the Dr did not really seem to care about my overall feeling of being unwell. By the time I opened my mouth after he said say ahhh, he was already gone to my ears. I don't even think he got a good look at my throat. He didn't do any blood work or run any tests. It was giving very much doc in a box.

The service was wonderful, especially when you are feeling bad. From the reception to when I exited the door was very friendly, professionally, and knowledgeable of my symptoms. I was so weak and sick, the receptionist filled my paperwork out for me. The nurse and the doctor were very knowledgeable about my symptoms and offer me their best treatment. I felt better just being in their company, knowing they had my best health interest at heart. I would highly recommend this facility.

I took my daughter to AFC Trussville on 9/10. Checked in, they took her vitals, and they put us in a room to wait on the doctor. When we arrived the facility was empty. It was us and another lady. Y'all they had us sitting in a room waiting for 40 minutes. My daughter had been vomiting all night. I did not understand what the hold up was. The trigger was listening to the staff outside the door walking back and forth talking and laughing and no one came to check on us.

Long story short I had to almost walk out in order for them to see my daughter. This has never happened before and I am very disappointed. When we finally saw the doctor Samantha she was very nice apologetic and kind. I wouldn’t take my daughter back there that’s for sure. Not for anything serious anyway.

Registered online to expedite everything. I was given an early appointment. Notified them when I was outside. I was seen shortly after going into the building. Everything was handled smoothly. The entire staff were attentive and courteous.

Excellent service from the registration team. Their professionalism was outstanding. The staff treated my granddaughter with kindness, compassion, and respect. The physician was very supportive and knowledgeable. I”m so thankful for the quality care she received. God bless AFC!!!

The staff was great very professional lady at the front desk. The medical assistant was very attentive and smart. When I was seen by the NP she was very knowledgeable and provided information about my diagnosis and treatment. She put my mind at ease with her approach and listening ear. She was Great!! Great experience!! 5 star staff!!
