I did not have to wait but maybe 5 minutes and the dr came in a few minutes later. They were friendly and thorough and explained what they were going to do and why. Total time there was about 20 minutes. Very good staff and nice in how they treated you.

I’ve used this location several times and the staff are always friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately I tested positive for COVID this time, but I was in and out in an hour. 10/10 recommend if you can’t get in to see your GP in a timely manner.

The woman at the front desk was very helpful, along with the lady that took my vitals and the nurse that cleaned out my ears. But the NP was the complete opposite.

Went in with a sore throat, swollen lymph nodes and an ear ache. I didn’t have a cough, sinus drainage or a fever. Took a Covid and Strep test for both to be negative. I was then prescribed nasal spray ? and cough medicine. Proceeded to remind the NP I had no drainage or cough and was still given no antibiotics. I woke up the following morning, less than 12 hours later with my tonsil so swollen I felt like I couldn’t breathe. I then scheduled an emergency appointment with an ENT to be told I had the worst tonsillitis he had seen in years.

So thanks, but no thanks. I will never be returning.

The receptionist made me feel welcome, although I had a bad sinus burning in my nose. She was very patient and kind and explain the process for checking in. When I was called to the back, engineers was real nice helpful and patient explained to me the process of what she was doing when she was swabbing my nose as well as my tonsils. when the doctor came and she explained to me the process of what was going on what I had and what I did not have and prescribe me some medication to the force of my choice, I would highly recommend Urgentcare to my family and friends.

A nice visit. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and professional. Went in for a DOT physical. It seemed a little high in cost but when I consider this is a tax write off, it truly wasn't all that bad. On top of that, it is required to maintain my class A license. Thanks to everyone today and may you continue to have excellent work ethics.

By far one of the best experiences I've ever had, while waiting they gave my little girl a coloring sheet that kept her busy as I filled out paperwork on my phone. Fast friendly and just pleasurable staff all around.

The front desk and nurses there were amazing! The doctor on duty provided nothing at all for me. Not even a warm smile, I feel worse than I did prior to visiting being handled by someone who is supposed to help make me feel better.
