I was in and out in under 30 mins. The staff was polite and I had a terrible ear ache and they gave me a shot less than an hour ago and I already have less pain. I don't go to the doctor often but I very much recommend them especially if it's a weekend or your PCP is not available.

One of my boys had a cut that would not stop bleeding. The receptionist was quick to alert the Dr/Nurse to the situation. They had him bandaged up properly and quickly. Thankful for their quick response time as it calmed us all down. Definitely would go there again.

Wait time was very minimal, no issues with insurance and billing like many places in the area. We were seen with in minutes of completing check in. All staff from front desk, the nurses, and the doctors are ALWAYS incredible. Was able to get in, get seen, and get out in under 45 min. Prescriptions sent directly to my pharmacy of choice. Super quick and easy. Love coming here when we need quick care!

The American Family Care Pensacola West is a very professional facility. Sometimes the wait is long but that is due to it being a walk in facility although appointments are available. Staff is super friendly and efficient. My experience was very helpful.

UPDATE
Apparently the clinic reviewed my file and corrected the bill. So all is well now. I'm adding a couple of stars since I see they took the time to correct a wrong. Thank you

My kids are adopted from the Mississippi foster care system. So they have Mississippi insurance. I was visiting family in pensacola. And I suspected two of them had strep throat. So I brought them into the clinic. When I got to the desk the man at the window told me they don't take our insurance. Because it's out of state. So I told him I should probably just take them to the emergency room. Then he told me it would only be $175 for the visit for each child. I asked him if that was plus any shots or testing. He said no it's $175 that's all. So I went ahead and paid the $175 and my kids saw the doctor. They tested them for strep and flu. When I got home to Mississippi I received an additional bill in the mail for another $290 each. So basically $465 x2 just for them to tell me my two kids had strep. They did not treat them or give them shots or anything. This is outrageous and I feel like the man at the window that gave me false information needs to be the one to pay the rest of the bill.
