I had intense lower back pain. Laurie L Daigle (Medical Pro) and the gentleman at the front desk were professional, helpful, and quick. She understood and listened to me explain the pain level, and she addressed the pain and recommended a specialist with confidence!

Easy to check in with clear communication. Once you start the process it outs you in line so even if you spend 15min getting it filled out as a new patient, your spot is set. You're able to see how many people are ahead of you as well as when others have signed up ahead of time. I loved knowing where I stood as far as wait time. Wish more places would offer that!

My doctor was friendly and seemed to love his job. It was nice being around the positivity!

Awesome! I made a same day appointment. Got taken back right away. I was listened to, comforted, and generally cared about. They did a rapid test for COVID and influenza, and it came back 15 minutes later that I have the flu. Dr Reese was so kind to me. The nurses were amazing and gentle with the swab. Thank you for treating me with kindness and care.

I absolutely loved my visit here at this urgent care! All of the staff were very friendly and considerate! The facility was very clean and organized and my wait was not that long! I will definitely return if I ever have the need and recommend this urgent care 100% to anyone who needs an urgent care!

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and after paying $175.00 upfront because I don’t have medical insurance I was pleasantly surprised at how fast I was seen. After less than 1 min the dr I saw gave me a script but said if I wasn’t better in 3 days to call and she would prescribe an oral medication. 3 days later I started calling in a Wednesday only to get a voicemail, I left a message everyday explaining what I needed. By Saturday I stopped by and was told the dr wasn’t there but would call me back on Monday. I’ve never received a call so needless to say I’m not happy about it not to mention I wasted time and money and am still in pain.

The front desk receptionist was super nice and welcoming, same with the nurse , and the doctor was very helpful and answered OK question. Best experience we’ve have here. Just a little bit longer wait but thats normal!

American family care was terrific! I went for a suspected Covid infection and was tested for Covid and flu via nasal swab. I was diagnosed with another infection and given a prescription immediately. Took 20 to 30 minutes from arrival to completion,

The entire staff explained exactly what they were doing and we very attentive. I highly recommend American Family care!

Dr Reece and staff helped my daughter with a large gash in her arm. He was so kind and gentle and calming as we were both a little worried and frazzled. Didn’t expect this type of care and concern from an urgent care facility especially right before closing time. I can’t thank him (and entire staff) enough! He fixed her right up and sent us on our way. I’d give 100 stars, if I could!
