Very caring staff. We were in and out within 2 hours. However we had 3 people seeing the doctor. (Daughter and 2 grands with the crud). We watched other people also seeing the doctor who were in and out within 30 minutes. My new and only place to go from now on. Very pleased!!

I used the online registration and received a text when it was time for my apt. I didn’t have to wait more than 10 minutes once I arrived. The desk staff was very warm and friendly as well as triage nurses. Once I was in the treatment room, the doctor came in quickly and was very friendly. He was extremely helpful and didn’t make me feel rushed. It was a very good experience in spite of feeling so sick.

The lobby was really clean and the front desk receptionist was extremely nice and welcoming. From the nurse to the doctor, the really listened. This was my first time ever visiting here and it was definitely a good experience.

I recently visited a clinic that left me extremely disappointed with the level of service provided. Upon arriving with symptoms of illness, I was surprised to find that no tests were conducted to determine the root cause of my sickness. I left feeling uncertain about the care I received, as it seemed that I was not attended to by a qualified doctor.

Furthermore, the experience of bringing my children to the clinic due to an allergic reaction was equally frustrating. Despite being told they needed a referral, I have been waiting for three months and have yet to receive it. This lack of follow-up and urgency is unacceptable, especially when it comes to the health and well-being of my children.

To make matters worse, when I was finally referred to a specialist after two months of waiting, I discovered that the doctor was deceased. This oversight not only reflects poorly on the clinic's administration but also raises serious concerns about their ability to provide competent and timely care to their patients.

Overall, my experiences at this clinic have been marked by incompetence, negligence, and a blatant disregard for patient well-being. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking reliable and efficient medical care.

I paid $175 to be seen for my sickness. I was very dehydrated, I asked them can they give me IV fluids for my dehydration. They stated that they CAN but they DONT have the necessary supplies. A waste of money!! I would ask several questions before i pay these people to be seen. They wasted my time and money!

Front desk receptionist denied my insurance multiple times despite telling her that it’s accepted there. Called another AFC that I recently seen in another town, for further confirmation and information. Despite being nice the whole time, the front desk receptionist had an attitude and constantly rolled her eyes at me. Took almost 2 hours to get in and out for a flu and strep swab. NP and workers in the back were great.
