Great experience! I fell this morning and had to get stitches in my arm. I needed a Tetanus shot. American family care was the place I chose to go to. Although I did not have an appointment or I did not call ahead It was not even an hour before I went back for my shot. The receptionist and my nurse were excellent very kind and professional. I would send everybody who asked to American family care!

My mom and I had a great experience. The staff treated my mom, who has dementia, with such respect. They also addressed all of my concerns. We received personal, efficient care that followed current guidelines for treatment of her diagnosis.

We were out of town and flying home . I felt terrible le . The whole staff stayed late to treat me. It was pneumonia. So kind and compassionate. I have not found another family practice that gives so much attention to your needs. They did not rush us even though it was way past closing time. I am so grateful to the doctor and her team for their kindness and. Compassion in treating me. Thank you

From the time that you walk in to the time you leave, the experience is nothing short of amazing. Everybody has a genuine smile and really cares. The doctor was so kind and caring. The two girls working there were so nice.

Doctor seemed like she didn’t want to be there or care about my symptoms. Wrote me a prescription for medication I told her I had already tried and was OTC medications. Wrote me a steroid I have never taken and asked for one I know has worked and was just brushed off. Nurses were great, they did all the work. Was there over an hour in the room and spoke to doctor for 5 of those minutes. Completely unacceptable

My daughter needed to be seen on a Sunday and the Greystone team was able to schedule us quickly. Every single member was courteous and served us well. I would highly recommend American Family Care Greystone!!

I arrived at Greystone AFC after having over 2000 pounds of steel roll on my leg at work! The doctor and the training assistant in the back were great however the two young girls up front were 100% inadequate at their job. They were rude and in no hurry to get me to the back in spite of my wife telling them many times the weight that had rolled on my leg and me being in a wheelchair moaning in pain at any little nudge or movement should have made them care just a little that I was a patient and in physical agony and I needed to see a doctor ASAP but nope it had quite the opposite effect! They were moving slow on purpose and it was very apparent!
The 2 and a half hour wait in the waiting room while watching patients that came in after me leave and I still hadn’t made it to the back was extremely frustrating not to mention having to keep my wife talked down from losing her temper!

If I were to recommend corrective action I would say they both have no business as the face of the entire practice and need extensive one on one training on policy, procedures and customer service as well as how to show compassion for other human beings!

Wonderful experience. I was able to book online and fill out all of the paperwork before arriving with my son. The ladies at the front desk were so professional and friendly, wonderful nurses and Tiffany the nurse practitioner was the best and diagnosed my son immediately after a few tests. Prefer coming here over a visit to our pediatrician!
