Total lack of customer service!! Stay away!! I purchased an AED for my home from this company and decided to purchase a mobile unit for on the go and another home unit for my parents home. Today, I received an email advising me that my orders had been cancelled as this company states that my phone, email and such could not be verified. There was no verification attempted and it could have been verified by the order placed for my unit as they all have the same information on them. This is very poor customer service from a company only looking out for itself and not wanting support its customers. Buy your AED’s from any other company but this one!!!

When considering two different AEDs for purchase, Rosi, my contact at American AED talked with me about the pros and possible cons of each. Then all questions were answered throughly and promptly throughout the process of deciding which AED to order. One was returned and another was purchased, so the process was long. Rosi handled all of this with class, and with a wonderful openness that made me, the contact from our church, feel very comfortable. Thanks for the great service!

Called to find out if they had in stock, since I was unable to obtain from two other vendors for the past 5 months! They placed me on hold to go look! 🙂 I placed the order and had it in my hands within a week. And now an email for a 10% discount on my next purchase without even requiring I complete this review, that's customer service in my book. American AED definitely has our business and will tell others. Thank You!

Twice I tried ordering an AED from them. Both times I asked if it was in stock before ordering. The first time I let them string me along for months of promises it was going to ship any day. I cancelled that order and got a refund. A couple months later I decided to try them again. Once again I was told it was in stock and would ship immediately. After a few days, I asked again and was told it was in stock and would ship within a few days. Today I get an email saying it's not in stock and there's a delay. Do not waste your time with these guys as they will just lie about having items they do not have. I am once again asking for a refund and will dispute with my credit card if they do not refund me my money. I just ordered the exact same unit from AED USA and they are shipping it today and I will have it in 3 days.

My experience with American AED has been outstanding. I had ordered a Philips AED for our church with child pads, unfortunately (actually it was fortunate) the AED I ordered was out of stock as were the pads. I first thought was "oh boy here we go" but I was quickly contacted by Denise, who explained the situation and offered a Philips FRx with smart key for children as a substitute for the same cost, a considerable upgrade. We are very pleased with the FRx, its features, Denise and American AED.

Service was outstanding. The knowledge our sales person, Jenny Vega, has is incredible! She asked what I was trying to do and found exactly what I wanted. The products - Phillips AED, the cabinet, and the manikin are perfect for what I wanted to do. Jenny really guided me in what I needed and I got everything I need. This was a great experience.

Horrible. I'm a small business owner and my customer (a public venue) has been without 2 of their AEDs for over a month now). Confirmed directly with them on 8/8 they have 3 batteries and 2 pads in stock and "ready to ship." No ship. Chased them down and told, "warehouse under-staffed and will ship by end of month." EOM came and went. Had to email twice and call twice to get a person, who said it will be at least another week. Only 6 people in the warehouse out of usual 14 and "they prioritized big orders for end of month." So lesson learned--if you're a big/important customer to them, you MIGHT get better service, but if you're an individual or small business, shop elsewhere where you are not lied to and put on the bottom of their work list.

In the same situation as others. I ordered pads 2 months ago that were in stock. I have not received them nor received any updates other than my reach outs to you. Each response meant I should have had them by now. I look forward to someone addressing this as all I want is my pads so I can update the ones I have.
