Like another reviewer mentioned, don’t send your elderly parent here alone. My father walked into the office one day after an emergency doctor said one of his heart medications was likely causing bruising/bleeding. He asked Olivia to put a referral in for a cardiologist and she did. My father came home feeling concerned and asking if he should find another primary doctor. Later that day, I called the office to follow up with Olivia and ask what the most efficient course of action would be to prevent further bruising or any bleeding in the short term while he waited to be referred. She initially offered to see my dad in office next week and when I asked to move forward and book that appointment she hung up on me, would not take my call when I called back, then called my father and told him to go to the emergency room. I’m curious what good a primacy care doc / office is if they will not simply communicate when you need it. If you’re looking for a true and caring partner in care, this may not be the place.

I have lived in this area my entire life. Born and raised Walton County resident, I will ALWAYS tell everyone how much I love my doctor. Dr. Martin is beyond sweet, caring, attentive, and everything a doctor should be and more. She has taught me that as a woman, my discomfort is not to be ignored and has been with me through every step of the way when dealing with a hypermobility diagnosis.

I am someone who usually has White Coat Anxiety. My first appointment with her, I was white knuckled to the seat, borderline hyperventilating. She just listened.... for AN ENTIRE HOUR. No other doctor has done that for me before. Every question, comment, or concern was answered with empathy and a smile.

I am so grateful for Dr. Martin and her team. I love this office and actually look forward to our appointments! Thank you Dr. Martin for all of your help and all that you do!

She was very rude to my mom. She bashes the doctors my mom had to see at urgent care, because Martin wouldn't work her in. She ridiculed and criticized my mom. She may be fine with the younger folks or the folks that can stand up for themselves but don't send your elderly parent there, alone.

My appointment was at 9:20. The board said she was on time. When I asked reception at 9:45 when I would see the doctor is when I learned she was running about an hour late. That is when they changed the board. I wasn’t seen until 10:00. I had another appointment at 11:00. Dr. Martin apologized for the delay. I made my appointment.
