Dr. Serr delivered my first child and oversaw all my OB car along with N.P. Wiley.
At the time, I did feel rushed but I didn't have anything to compare it to. After my birth, I had a retained placenta which threatened my life and sent me back to the hospital. I don't blame her for for the retained placenta, I don't know enough about it to say it was her fault that it wasn't caught. However, I was shocked that after my birth, I called multiple times to say something felt wrong with no return calls or assistance until I hemorrhaged at home 10 days postpartum.

Then I struggled with conceiving again for 2 years and was given little to no advice or consideration other than being overweight and probably stressed.

Then I got pregnant again. I called to be seen because I was bleedinh and they didn't have time for me. While waiting I lost the baby. I lost them in my GP'S office which did make time for a worried mom. In the month following my miscarriage Dr. Serr never spoke to me or saw me at all. I got calls from her MAs which relayed my levels were decreasing and I shouldn't try to get pregnant for 2 months. No opportunity for questions or concerns with my actual doctor. Never once a follow up to see how I was doing.

I am pregnant again now, but I will not be going back to Dr. Serr. The fit is not right for me.

Dr Cheryl Serr has been my GYN for 14 years. I have a specific condition which she did additional research on & mailed me the information with links to various sites which contained more data. Dr Serr goes above & beyond for her patients. I appreciate her depth of knowledge, her compassion, & her investment & dedication to her profession. I highly recommend Dr Serr & her professional office staff for all your women’s healthcare needs.

I had the most awful experience with Dr. Serr. I went in for extremely painful and heavy periods. I asked Dr. Serr multiple times if I could have endometriosis. She would laugh and brush it off, telling me no, I did not have endometriosis and that I just needed an ablation to stop the bleeding. After I started passing golf ball sized clots I went back in and showed her photos. I ended up moving forward and had the ablation done. Several weeks after, I was still in horrible pain and was still having extremely heavy bleeding. I went back in and again asked if there could be any other causes. I was simply told the ablation failed and I needed a full hysterectomy. I immediately scheduled and went for a second opinion to Dr. Van Kirk and am I glad I did! He was so kind and compassionate. On my first visit he immediately discovered I had an 8 cm ovarian cyst. I underwent surgery to remove it. My 75 minute surgery turned into an almost 3 hour surgery as I ended up have major endometriosis along with the huge cyst that had wrapped itself around my ureter and was attached to my pelvis. If Dr. Serr would have taken me more seriously from the time I first went to her office, I could have avoided months and months of agony. How an OB could miss that huge of a cyst, along with completely dismissing anything I suggested about endometriosis is beside me! DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR!! Call Dr. Van Kirk. He is straight forward, compassionate and most importantly, competent!

I had an extremely distressing experience with this doctor. I came in terrified about potential uterine cancer, only to endure a procedure that was unnecessarily rough and excruciatingly painful. To make matters worse, the doctor attempted to upsell me on expensive, dubious “rejuvenation” treatments for issues I never complained about. This blatant disregard for patient comfort and trust is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this practice to anyone seeking compassionate or ethical care.

I have been seeing Dr. Serr for over 20 years and she always been honest, straight forward and takes her time to explain everything to you. You don’t feel rushed at your appointments. She generally cares about your health. And has been wonderful through all my stages of care. I would recommend her without hesitation to anybody looking for a ob/gyn .

Office staff is always nice and considerate. It's a clean and welcoming space and both Serr and Wiley are patient and answer questions and address concerns. I've only gone in for annual health checks and they always treat me well and make me feel comfortable.

Was not a fan of dr serr pushing the Covid vaccine while I was pregnant 3 years ago, saying that me or my baby could die if we get Covid without the shot and that there are no side affects from the shot for baby. That it is 100% safe. Unbelievable.

I have been going to Amber Health Care for many many years always a wonderful experience. Both Dr's are amazing. Great customer service and when I went through my breast cancer they were so supportive and amazing. I recommend them to my friends and family.
