I love, love love this Clinic, Doctor and Nurses! It is such a safe place! Always clean and very attentive, I needed a last minute appointment and got in same day and had everything taken care of. I highly recommend coming here for Primary care or even pediatric needs. More than 5 stars from my family!! We all come here actually! 🙂

I am impressed with Amazon Clinic! I really appreciated the service here. They are professional, have great customer service, and above all are very compassionate. They don’t rush you out the door and the provider listens. I loved that I didn’t have to wait a long time for an appointment, and when I arrived, I didn’t have to wait a long time to be seen. The place is clean and comfy, which I really miss about family practices. This clinic has the human component- which is missing from many other practices I have visited- and I will be coming back here every time! I loved that I was treated like a person, and not just another number. Thank you Amazon Clinic!

It's been over 9 hours since my adult daughter submitted her intake. I could have waited in the ER by this time! I spoke to a customer service rep 2 hours ago, who promised her a call within an hour or 2. Again, no call, no follow up. And now customer service is closed!!! This service is terrible!!! I would give it 0 stars if I could! Shes suffering from a sinus infection, and I stupidly trusted this service instead of MD Live

This is the worst doctors office I have ever been to. And looking at all of the 1 star reviews I’m not the only person who thinks so.
It takes forever to get a referral to any specialist, and the level of professionalism is so low. I can’t wait to switch to another PCP, which I will be doing ASAP. Do not go here unless you have time to wait months for appointments and referrals. I’m so fed up.

My veterinary office for my dog is cleaner than this facility! They are also very hard to work with. I wanted my medical records sent to another doctors office and they wouldn't do it. So I had to walk into their office and ask for my medical records to be printed off and then drive them over to my new doctors office. They also charged me $1 per page, then I handed over my card and she said she had to charge me another $2 for using a card. So when I handed her cash, she had to walk to the convenient store to get change. You can't make this up!

Very unprofessional staff. My daughter was a new patient and it's almost impossible to get them to upload her records each time I called they still didn't have it done yet. Two different times I called and made an appointment and both times when I arrived they didn't have me scheduled. They turned my husband away because they claimed he wasn't her guardian even with his license and his name is on her insurance policy. Not the cleanest either. We switched after our 2nd visit.
