My daughter has been with Alternative Medical health care services since March of 2020 an I have only praises for this company, the office staff, RNs and therapist are all excellent at their jobs and do their jobs with love and caring for their patient as well as the family of the patient. This company and all that work for them are reliable. I am very happy to have them taking care of my daughter as well as always helping with any concerns or questions I have.

The nurses are great if you do your own search or if you bring them with your case, but be careful and don't be scared of speaking your mind, your child safety should be your priority. the management is the worse that you can find. They will send you anything just to get of their back or drop your case of you give your child a voice. Be very careful this ppl are reckless, they will send to your house"nurses" that will paint their nails while taking care of a child in oxygen with a chronic lung disease, coming from others cases without no sleep that will be sleeping while your child is having seizures, nurses with ADHD signing meds never given, full of energy drinks, offering to train nurses over phone, just reckless. My sugestión to all of you out there like me, a parent of special children put cameras in your child room and every where that your child things are, meds, food, etc. They will be your child voice.

The office staff are unprofessional. They will promise you the world and once they have the case they will not follow up with their promises. They punish the nurses unjustly when they disagree with the lady that staffs the case. Good luck
