Alter met all my needs and exceeded expectations. I had Anxiety/PTSD flashbacks that would bring me to tears daily, during treatment I have learned many different effective meditation techniques for use when ever I need them. At first, I didn’t really feel too good about doing a 30-45 day residential treatment program but after meeting some of the staff there it become easier as the days went by. If you’re considering residential and haven’t been referred elsewhere, definitely check out alter. Miguel and Micheal were super kind and supportive like the rest of the staff.
