I have diabetes and joint issues looking for a new doctor. I was very impressed with Dr. Chavez. He was very kind, knowledgeable and practiced attentive listening. He took the time to review my previous medical records and asked me questions, most of all he really listen to me as I talked to him about my past medical history and current issues. I felt he really took time to understand my needs as a patient. He provided me excellent health options, none of which was to load me up on unnecessary medication, instead he took the time to really talk to me my about my current medications, how and when I was taking them, he was very thorough and at no time did I feel he rushed because he had other patients to see , as a matter fact I thought his scheduling practice of patients was impeccable, I was seen within 10 mins of my arrival. His front desk staff also was very helpful and knowledgeable. In the beginning of seeing a new doctor I always see what kind of service the front desk staff provides, she was very friendly and clearing efficient in her job, this really added to my confidence level of seeing a new doctor . If you are new to the area and looking for doctor who will see you as person, who is easy to talk to and takes the time to explain the why's, how and treatment plans to you I highly recommend you see Dr. Chavez.

This Dr is a joke, my husband call and said he had a corn on toe, the receptionist failed to tell him the doctor doesn’t work on feet. We were asked to come the day before to fill out paperwork. The Dr didn’t even review why he had appt. Dr asked what he had used, then Dr asked nurse to Google and she didn’t even know how to spell “Scholl’s. ”The clinic is dirty, the restroom smelled like urine and container that holds needles was full! Do not go here!

A medical group ran by the all female staff. This doctor charged me $600 per visit and has his nursing staff write prescriptions. He personally attacked me to attempt to get me off medications the DEA was threatening to close his clinic for. If i asked a question he would say, "I'll leave you to look that up on your own." For 600 a visit. Avoid this criminal fleecer.
