After Dr Wilson left my care was handed to Dr Cronin who decided to not fill out paperwork that was necessary for me to receive benefits and pay from my current job. Left me without any options just refused to do his job and left me (who is 2 months pregnant) without a way to receive pay and without a doctor because I’m no longer using this clinic. I wish I could rate this office in the negatives. They should be ashamed of the way they treat people, let alone a pregnant mother like myself. Sorely disappointed and dissatisfied with this team of people. I no longer have a job because of this refusal to do the paperwork. (that I’ve had done without any issue when Dr Wilson was my doctor). I had used this facility for YEARS and because of this negligence from Dr Cronin, I will never use or recommend any office or affiliated group that employs such a monster of a doctor

I've been dealing with this for 5 months. I've talked to 3 nurses , the therapist and Office Manager. Explained myself so many times about my son and the manic episodes he has and begged them to refer him to an in house program and still to this day they have done nothing. 4 days ago I sat with my son in the waiting fmroom 4 hours for him to see the Dr a whole 10 minutes. And the Dr gave him the same medication he has been on that I've repeatedly told them does not work. No one listens to the people having to deal with the ones who are having issues. When I can find something else best believe I won't be back. Only reason I gave them 1 star is because I can't give them 0 and because the receptionist are nice.

Oh my goodness where do I start?! So first of all, never base going somewhere soley on reviews! I almost didn't go here because so many people said how terrible Altapointe is and ETC but thank God I decided to try anyways! I am so very impressed with the entire staff, especially Mary, my therapist. She is phenomenal! Her office, her technique, all the way around exactly what I needed. The children's teams are no different. So don't make the mistake of letting other people's opinions stop you from coming here!?! It is life changing and they are beyond capable and compassionate. I'm sorry it's such a long review! I just really can't stress enough how opposite this is from so many peoples mean comments!

I completely wish I could leave a higher review for this facility but I swear working with the front desk to do anything reminds me of how mental health staff is portrayed in movies! 😒 My therapist, Topie, is literally the greatest therapist, and my meds manager Beverly is very resourceful and helpful, and another staff member who helped me understand my financial responsibilities was amazing, and I’ve never had rude treatment from the nurses; HOWEVER, anytime I’ve needed to call the office for anything from scheduling appointments to requesting documentation it has always been a hassle. Nine times out of ten a front desk member I speak with forgets half of why I called and ends the call abruptly after somewhat addressing half of what I needed help with. I understand that working at a front desk isn’t fun, but I’ve done it before and I simply can’t wrap my head around how it can be this hard for ANYONE to help. My therapist, meds manager, nurses, and that one particular staff member are the reason I give the place two stars, but I can’t even see them unless the front desk does their job! It’s bad enough that I’m considering finding somewhere else to go all together because I’ve given Altapointe the benefit of the doubt for a while but me and many others have too much going on outside of what we’re struggling with mentally to deal with this much garbage customer service.

Very unprofessional staff my son been going to the mental health every since he was 10 back then they was very caring people when the switch to Alta pointe just people there for a paycheck especially bayminette an the fairhope office embie in bayminette office look through my son folder came home and told her son about him. Switch his folder to fairhope hope the receptionist there be higher then the patients my son had an appointment at 1:00 made it there at 1:10 she rescheduled him because she said he made it there at 1:15 when she knew he needed his medicine I have too my son to mobile problem solved they are young but caring because behind mine 5 10 15 news will be there! Administration needs to check those two office out run check on those office because it’s not about there experience it about who they know. Very unprofessional and behind and they don’t take mental health of their patients serious!

Reception desk staff are very professional. Witnessed a patient be verbally aggressive towards staff. Staff remained polite and attempted to help the patient seek the appropriate care needed.

I had an appointment on Wednesday with my therapist. I arrived the receptionist was rude. When I told her that she never call to cancelled the appointment on Monday. Monday night at 6 pm the computer call and remind me of my appointment. I show her my phone that there wasn't any call or message of it. My voicemail is setup to leave a message!!!!!
