Great customer service at this dental office, I first brought my son for his check up here and service was great, very clean and neat.

Later on I came for my own appointment and the only down fall was that the girl on Window #1 didn’t check me in when I had been called up to the window for the check in, I had arrive 15mins EARLY to the appointment to avoid a longer wait, I kept seeing patients that arrived after me being called in and I was still there waiting, waited 30+ mins got frustrated so I went back to the window to ask if I was properly checked in, she said yes just to not admit her mistake. Seconds later she pulled my chart out and right away I was called in.
I was Very annoyed that day.

Now, today we are back here for my child’s appointment and see this tool that they will use on him that is full of build up / dirty!!!
Not sure why this tool isn’t cleaned properly but it is very disappointing.

Very clean Urgent Care area; the Check-In staff at the front desk was very kind and informative. A lot of seats available as well as a TV with kids shows on to keep the kids entertained. I did not visit the Second Floor today which is Pediatrics and Women's Health. There's clean water fountains and restrooms available while you wait. The wait time is reasonable just as you would expect from any Urgent Care area (not too long but not super fast either). The nurses and doctor I saw today were professional and got right to the point. I was glad to be able to communicate all my worries and details with the doctor that saw me and he did a good job giving me explanations. The location for this AltaMed Urgent Care is literally right behind the Regency Theater, about one block away from the other AltaMed office that is meant for appointments for adults only (as I confirmed this with the front desk staff). Clean restrooms and clean rooms, good job.

First I had a appointment at 2pm got here at 1pm couldn't find no parking for about 40 mins. And than I get called in for 1 of my daughter's. I have a 3yrs old, 4yrs old n 7 yes old PLEASE tell me how do I have the 2 other girls wait outside by themselves because they called the 3 yrs old in

This is specifically for the Dental Group. The past previous times have been a bad experience. For me personally they wanna double book me instead of doing the procedure the same day, I get it they wanna get most from the insurance but if need work on my teeth, why make me come back and take more days off work Then recently I took my daughter for her routine check up, they took an hour to bring her in; even after I brought it to the attention of the staff. Then, when I asked why there was a delay, the dental assistant gave one reason and the dentist another. The dental assistant then still had the nerve to pat my shoulder, which made me extremely uncomfortable.

I wouldn't recommend this dentist to anyone, find a better location or different dentist!!

Today I went to dental urgent care, the front desk staff is very nice and professional, but the doctor dentist is the worst dental professional I met ever, I came for a extraction and she didn't do it, and pulled my molar really hard and she just gave me pain killers, and now my molar pain is killing me the pain is worse.

Went here because I had a throat infection, really bad,all Dr did was check my throat. Since that was my main concern, but they dont bother to ask you if you've had any other symptoms. They're no personable. At all.. Drs just wanna get u in and out. I have PPO. So I can pretty much go to any clinic I want. Not coming here ever again. Thanks Altamed for not caring!

Went here several times, and I never got any help. Not even in the regular clinic. Some staff are nice, but most of them just got used to getting a patient in and out. All the doctors here see you for 5 minutes max and leave. How are you supposed to diagnose someone that fast. This place should be investigated .

The women's department staff are friendly and welcoming. I want to thank Dr. Juarez for being dedicated to provide the best care. She is caring, and listen to your health concerns. Cecilia is a really nice person, who helps patients and shows dedication to her job. Thank you so much. I truly recommend Altamed women's health.
