My first time here. The staff was amazing. So patient with my friend who injured her leg after falling. They were thorough and recommended additional care to make sure she got the best treatment and heals correctly.

Just to be clear from the beginning here. I have never spent any time to write up any reviews ever. But I must take the time to let this community know how shameful that Alpine has a very awful Urgent Care in this small town. I work as a Producer in the news and have a very clear idea on how the medical feild should operate and spoken to countless experts around San Diego and globally. VERY disheartened on this particular facility. Alpine Urgent Care has failed the people...This operation at this care center is clear as day of "greed" and not a ounce of care of the patient. It is ALL about the money. I will go to a level now to bring attention to many in this community on how we can as a community demand change. I have read alot of the reviews here and there are many concerns that have come to my attention. It is my duty as someone that works in the media to pick out those operating under very low standards and taking advantage of those in need of care. We will begin our investigation process and hope that we see a change in the only Urgent Care option that Alpine has. Change absolutely ? needs to happen at this very low degrading and filled with greed center.

Courteous staff, they did not tabs my insurace from out of town and they said they took care credit but machine wasn't working to process so I was unable to be seen.... Highly recommended but local.

X-Rays are not available until 4:30pm EVERY DAY, so come back later if you're sick or injured. They have signs outside that say, in big white letters, they have x-rays but they don't tell you it's only for an hour a day at the end of the day, so everyone come back later if you need an x-ray.
Ridiculous that this is their standard of care, "Come back later".

X-rays are not available until 4:30pm every day. No plans to hire staff so X-ray is available all day. Come back later is what they’re saying. (it says ‘X-Rays’ in big white letters outside but it’s only available for an hour at the end of the day)
