I'm here to tell you that if you want to take a car, exclude this company. They are not honest, they deceive their customers. I was deceived by them. I transported a car for them. Their customer did not pay me what they agreed with me. After the car was delivered, I was left with a loss. They still wanted to charge me a fee for having given me this car. They even gave me one star on the dispatch center app. Do not use their service. I do not recommend it.

Their driver decided that stops signs don’t apply to him and almost T boned me. I’m honking my horn and he isn’t stopping just laughed and then sped up. It is never acceptable to drive an ambulance like that.

I'm a senior, 73, and needed their service twice within a month. Not only were they courteous and gentle, warning me of any bumps, and staying by my side the whole trip, from door to door.
Their services are affordable. Definitely give them a call before you call any other service.

The Alphas.

I was talking to a friend on the phone, when suddenly the line went silent. However, the phone was still connected and this was highly unusual for him. He was not responding so I called AlphaOne Ambulance Medical Services. They sent a team out to check on my friend and everything turned out OK. It was later that I found out the details because the only thing that AlphaOne could tell me was they responded and finished their services. Of course this is per the, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and for other professionally ethical reasons. Although leaving me a bit anxious, I have great respect for this reasoning. I would like the same done for my info if I need their services. Talking to my friend, I learned they went through a window to find him passed out. I’m not sure if I would’ve taken such a chance. I’m very grateful they’re much braver than me to take such a risk. After all this, and finding things back to normal, the field supervisor didn’t charge me. Hope I don’t need one, but if I do, Alpha One’s the One.

Tried to charge me $2300 for a service I legally could not consent to at the time. Sent my bill to collections. Was told I would hear back from a department manager after calling and being told my bill was sent to a PO Box in Rancho Cordova. Have never had a PO Box nor been associated with Rancho Cordova. Never received a call back, very unprofessional.
