I had an excellent experience at Alphacare! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. The wait time was minimal, and the facility was clean and well-organized. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns, provided a thorough examination, and explained my treatment plan clearly. I truly appreciated the compassionate care and quick service. This Practice is very extraordinary and everyone is so kind! You don’t wait forever like many places. The staff & physicians truly care. I received a call after a couple of days, asking how I was. That is something very different — and VERY kind!!!

This was not my first time using this Practice. I’ve gone there 3-4 times. Each visit has been no different and I’ve been extremely pleased every time!

I have been to another local urgent care before. This is THE BEST in the area for urgent care needs, in my opinion!!!

The staff is always very pleasant and helpful. Fancy was very nice , thorough, and Explanatory.
Zach was so kind and thoughtful. He was patient and listened, carefully, to my issues and questions. He was thorough in his examination of me.
Zack had very good suggestions and explained possible issues and options for treatment. He treated me with a variety of solutions. I left feeling that I had been heard, respectfully, and my issues were addressed, as well as they could possibly be resolved.

The clinic, also, called two days later, to check on me and how I was feeling and my status. I always feel very well served by their clinicians and staff.

We had a great experience at Alphacare earlier this week. My 4 year old is usually very skeptical around doctors however Dr. Guy was very friendly and gentle. She was able to assist us with our concern and our daughter left feeling so much better. The front receptionist, Shelby, was also delightful. She was quick, thorough, and very informative. I was extremely impressed with the facility and services. Will definitely be returning when needed.

I visited AlphaCare last Sunday morning due to a minor heath problem, and the experience was excellent. The check-in process was smooth, and I only waited about 15 minutes before being seen. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable throughout.

Dr. Zackary Bever was attentive, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions. The facility was clean, well-organized, and I appreciated that they followed strict hygiene protocols.

I was in and out within an hour, and the treatment plan they provided worked perfectly. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing quick and efficient care!

Exceptional medical experience starting with an attractive well maintained waiting room and front office. I didn’t have an appointment but got to see a medical staff member almost immediately. Ashley Guy spent more time with me than my primary care physician does during semiannual exams. I received information on multiple ways to treat my pain problem. After discussing each (pros and cons) she described an immediate course of action (prescription) and a referral to a local orthopedic practice.
I am very happy with the experience and intend to use this office in Fairhope for my non-emergency medical needs.

I had the best experience with AlphaCare today! I'm immune-compromised and have a surgery coming up in less than a week. I have an ear infection and needed to be seen without risking getting sick before surgery. Crystal, Zackary, and the lady who took my vitals (I unfortunately didn't catch her name) went above and beyond to help me today, while minimizing risks, and were polite, professional, enthusiastic and very thorough. I'm so thankful for this urgent care, and the amazing people who are serving our community through their employment here. THANK YOU!
