You know it's bad enough when your car goes down, and then have to wait 1-5 hours for a tow? Not today! Alpha Towing came in no time we where shocked! Never have we experienced service so fast! I have to say, the driver Tony, really made such a difference in our day, he was quick, and so pleasant, and very professional! Employees like Tony, are the face of the company! Driving my 74 beetle I got stuck on a Sunday. AAA mentioned hours for service, another company quoted $150.00 if I wanted a fast pick up within an hour. I called Alpha Towing, Joe picked up in a few rings. He was on a run but would be to my location within 45 minutes. Asked how much, $85.00. A deal from other companies. He got to me in less time, and was extremely friendly. I definitely recommend him, especially to any of the Clay County Cruzer members. I have his number already saved on my phone. So if you need a tow and AAA quotes you an outrageous price and a long wait don’t waste time and just call Alpha Towing.

Today, of all days, in 100-degree weather, I had a flat tire. But then David from Alpha Towing came to my rescue and took care of everything, including my vehicle and me. Despite being hot, sweaty, and my makeup melting off, we ended up having the most amazing conversation about life, culture, and just being good humans. Sure, I'm out $400 for a new tire (tears), but honestly, the connection we made was worth every penny.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Alpha Towing took it to the next level trying to pull a car out of the dirt that had been sitting for almost 20 years. He was able to do things that other towing companies said no to even though they hadn’t seen it! He was very dedicated into helping get this car out by all means and never gave up when a problem occurred. Very friendly, worked fast, and got the impossible done! Not to mention he was cheaper than all of the other companies that had given us a quote!

This is the best tow company in town! Highly recommend. Will use them for every future tows. Keep up the great work. Was there in 15 minutes to row me off the side of i295 north bound and exit 12 blanding.... fantastic service
