The doctor’s attitude was very poor, and the staff lacked professional competence. I strongly advise against choosing this clinic.

Dr sung was wonderful, very hands on, very nice polite friendly staff. We were able to be seen right away for our injury. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with his exam and quality of care. We would highly recommend this facility. The front office was very kind and able to keep our daughter occupied while I was being worked on. Thank you so much!!!

Head nurse here told me that long-term side effects from covid "aren't a thing" and refused to even try to get to the bottom of whatever may be causing the decline in my health. Dr shek couldn't even be bothered to see me during my appointment. Was also denied vaccinations that I know I qualify for per cdc recommendation and require for treatment or preventative care. From what I've gathered, neither of them has updated their medical knowledge in the last 20+ years. Such a total waste of my time, money, and energy the experience destroyed my faith in doctors once more. At this point I can only hope that whatever is wrong with me just kills me quickly.

I had the most uncomfortable experience with this doctor. I have chronic pain and bad anxiety- I asked him to extend my leave of absence from work- my pain has been terrible and I have low mobility. My job is extremely dangerous so I wasn’t ready. Because I was upset and shaking he accused me of having tremors and being on drugs... I couldn’t even believe it. I don’t even like taking painkillers nor had I asked him for any. He ordered a drug screen without speaking to me directly about it. I overheard him talking to the receptionists about it while I was feet away. Unprofessional and so embarrassing. I left in tears. Never going back to see this doctor. He is horrible.

On top of being very slow and unorganized, they aren't very reliable. It's right next door to a liquor store where there are a lot of unsavory people hanging about. And half the time it reeks like cigarettes. I can't wait to change physicians.

This place is horrible it takes years for the doctors to see the patient. No eta of when doctors coming in. Customer service is very poor. Nurses can’t even fill out patients documents accurately. Needs to be report to the Better Business Bureaus because they are lacking big time. Does not deserve a star at all!

The staffs there need to be more nice…. Very rude. Especially when answering phones? You should not talk to other people while you are talking to the person who called. Ridiculous

Drm shek is a competent 7thdoctor however the office staff is not very helpful and not competent. They do not seem to want to be bothered with the oatuent
