I've had laser treatments to remove an poorly applied tattoo on my hand. The removal is exactly what I expected. The staff is very informative and talk you through every step of each treatment. I highly recommend this office for these treatments.

I am going to get straight to the point, Dr Cruz takes her time… which is so valuable when it comes to anything with your face, right?! I have been doing injection/ laser face treatments/ etc for about 9 years now- and I would have to say with Dr Cruz’s .background being in wound care-her approach is so much more meticulous. I personally have a facial asymmetry that only Dr Cruz has been able to address!! It looks amazing! And I call her a magician- because she works magic! ✨ thank you Dr Cruz!!

The facility was clean and professional. The staff was friendly and accommodating. My first visit there was a year ago and the experience was pleasant and my results were positive. Dr. Cruz was extremely knowledgeable and honest regarding the services they offer and the results you can expect. She thoroughly explained all the different options available and gave her best opinion as to what would lend the best results for my skin type an ethnicity. I have been very pleased with my results and the skin care products I’ve purchased since my first visit. Lastly while they are only in the office a couple days a week they are always available and respond to calls and text which has not always been my experience at other doctors offices. I will continue my skin care regimen and future procedures with Dr. Cruz and look forward to achieving my long term goals/results!

I came across ALo Medical on social medial. There services were just what i was looking for , so I scheduled my consult. From consult, the staff are all so nice and helpful.The dr is very knowledgable and patient. She explains everything. I have been in good hands since I started seeing her.
As for results… I couldnt ask for better!!! I really cant say enough great things about ALo Medical. I highly recommend!!!!!

I am so thrilled to have found this hidden gem, and have had such an amazing experience with Dr Cruz. I love that she is kind, patient, very easy to talk to, and explains everything extremely thoroughly. I enjoy her company as well as her services; wonderful bedside manner (that greatly helps my anxiety).
My treatment results were far better than what I’d hoped for, having been disappointed at other similar practices in the past. I especially appreciate how she is so honest and conservative in her recommendations. I look forward to being a lifelong patient of hers, and I *highly* recommend Alo Medical to anyone seeking these types of services.

I have been seeing Dr Cruz for a couple of years now. Her services and expertise are worth the extra drive to Eustis! Giving me a natural youthful appearance, the Botox ( Xeomin) that she injects seem to last longer than when I went to others?! I’m STILL enjoying the lasting benefits of her threading ( neck) done over a year ago. Dr Cruz has her office within a doctors office which I believe helps her keep her costs down and that trickles down to us, the patients. Thank you Dr Cruz and Brianna for taking care of me today, and always. ❤️🦋

I had laser resurfacing done. I have been a loyal and longtime client from the beginning. During my procedure, the Dr made an error and hit my eyebrow with the laser. I have been left with a permanent and noticeable scar. I have reached out the office multiple times and am told, sorry it’s done. Everyone I recommended to go there, I have told them of what she did to my face and they no longer go. What she did was wrong.
