Honestly if I can put 0 stars I would. This has been by far the worst clinic I have been to. The staff are always chitchatting with each other and never attending patients. The wait is long and majority of the time they give walk-ins priority over appointments. The wait takes roughly about 30 to 45min. When it comes down to their gynecologist she has no clue what she is doing. I honestly don’t even think she has a proper education related to the work that she is doing. She doesn’t allow you to explain your symptoms she just assumes and gives you a diagnosis without even looking or checking out the issue. They prescribe medication for opposite symptoms as well. Even after not being a patient with them they still call you and make appointments for you without your permission. Totally not worth the time nor frustration.

The staff at this office is amazing, so friendly, and professional. I was so nervous visiting a new GYN after so long and this office made the experience less stressful and I left a lot less anxious. They answered all my questions and the doctor’s bedside manners were 10/10! Excellent customer service and it’s a plus that they open on Saturdays and weeknights.

Came today for my first time. Front desk was very nice and welcoming. My appt was at 10:30am, I left the office at 12pm after seeing both doctors, setting up all of my follow up appointments and even having time to chit chat. Absolutely loved my experience here. Both doctors were a delight, extremely knowledgeable and personable. Answered all of my questions. I’m so glad I found this place! I definitely recommend!

They make random appointments for you, they don’t answer the phone when you call. I’ve showed up countless times to get my blood withdrawn until today that I finally got a lab order. The hours of operations are insane for a PCP it’s not respected AND the only greatness they have is the OBGYN. Front desk has an “im hungry” attitude and first impression at the front window isn’t very great. I’ve been working in the medical field way too long to see them send someone away. Oh, also! I have a PAP smear waiting to be read and tried getting my Pap smear result. (Could have cancer or not) who knows at this point, the OBGYN lost contract with sunshine last month December. Mind you my pcp and obgyn are in the SAME office, SAME TAX ID, just different NPI and same suite number but she refused to get me a solution and said my obgyn finished contract and that’s something she will have to discuss. So front desk did not help me and let me leave concerned even though she coul have asked in that very moment. I told her, my pcp is still in contract and pcp could easily give me my result. Made it complicated for me, a back and forth thing so I’m changing pcp asap and they are going to request my result since you make it hard! Still getting my blood taken out with the order but I’ll have another provider at another facility bill my DOS and read me what I should, which is many HEALTH RESULTS FOR PREVENTIVE. A Pap smear is something a pcp send a patient to do for preventive reasons not just a priority to the obgyn specialty because it can easily be send off to oncology VERY EASILY. Do better to take care of others health. Oh and when you reply and “check the records”, check your front desk too and tell her what she can do to solve a situation like this and not send a patient who decided to get up, waste gas and time back home. Don’t go with the bs of appointments neither, because you take walks ins and from the other people experiences you guys prioritize them too.
