My experience has been very positive with Dr. Hasnain Maqsood at Allied Medical. He has been my psychiatrist for over two years. Dr. Maqsood is a true professional. But, he also cares about my mental health. He's always on time for our appointments, listens to my concerns and encourages me to call him if I need to. I am truly grateful that Dr. Maqsood is my doctor.

We have tried for a couple of months to get my son's prescription refilled. 1st we needed to see the doctor...couldn't make a sooner appt. Then he told my son he needed a copy of his IEP...when sent they said they could not read them... I could read them on the emails sent...then he finally met with the doctor. It's been at least a week & no refill requested. Called & had to leave a message. Got a call back that Dr. Saini would call at 4:00 as he had no recollection of talking to my son about the medication. It's now after 5:00 pm. Of course, all I could do is leave yet another voice-mail. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

I met a few times with Mrs. Elahi a few years ago. She and I had only met once face to face during a video appointment and another 4 to 5 times by phone, never in person. I had mentioned my concern of me possibly being autistic. She literally screamed at me and said, “You have no autism!!” and rather said “You are being psychotic!!”. I was calm and never raised my voice at her for her to have reacted in such a manner towards me. She was highly unprofessional and rude, sufficient reason for me to end services right away. No one needs that kind of disrespect. We (the patients) seek their help as they are “supposed” qualified medical professionals. Now I know I don’t get that type of service here. Turns out I do have autism and was diagnosed by a specialist in adult ASD of +30 years experience. I waited way to long for this review. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had and would never dare recommend this place to anyone.

Staff here are terrible, incompetent people. Avoid at all costs! Took 2 months to call me back after my referral was given…and only because the referring party called and left them additional voicemails to push them.

RUDE, IMPATIENT, LAZY office staff. Told me they can’t treat me because I have no emergency contacts. So I can’t get medical treatment here because I have no family members. I told them to just put 911 and to call 911 as an emergency contact, and they refused. So I guess F me, I’ll just not get medical care, right?

We’ll see how licensing boards think about this behavior. Dr. Saini should lose his license for his staff’s incompetent, abusive behavior making the conditions they came here to treat WORSE.

So after MONTHS of waiting, now I have to start over and find somewhere new. As if being completely alone and having no family or close friends while I’m going through this isn’t enough. Thanks for nothing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, THEY WILL ONLY MAKE YOUR SITUATION WORSE.

I have to give Dr. Saini a shout out for being there and helping out during my hard times... sometimes I dont. Necessarily agree with some things he says but Fibromyalgia is a difficult topic and that's not necessarily his specialty but as far my anxiety and adhd he has helped tremendously and he listens very well to what you have to say and about your problems.. I love how he takes a lot of notes and goes over everything at the end... very organized. Somtimes I have fibro fog and forgot my appointment and was offered a phone appointment and was very thankful he helps me our a lot.

Staff and doctors are horrible at making and maintaining appointments. Doctor calls whenever available for him. You won’t hear back for weeks. You’ll talk to the office staff more than the psychiatrist.
I wasn’t receiving the care I needed, blew up on them after months of waiting, and they want to drop me as a patient.
Horrible office.
Do NOT waste your time here.

This guy is the worst doctor I have ever met. He treats you with disrespect and will waste your time.He's a flat out over the top scumbag. If you're going to see a psychiatrist at this office, be sure to see Dr. Saini. Dr. Saini will treat you respect and if you need meds, he will prescribe something to deal with your symptoms and the actual problem itself. I have great faith in his abilities.

By far the most caring, compassionate Phyc I have ever seen. Great listener@advice giver! Very lucky to have found him, and to get rid of Dr.Singh who couldn't care less. Bravo Dr.Saini!!!
