I rented oxygen equipment to use on the train while transitioning my mom from Tucson to Boston. Linda, Sarah and Rudy were all wonderful, friendly, helpful and responsive. Linda went out of her way to always assist and answer every question, and followed up with me promptly to answer anything that needed a bit of research. I'm very thankful for the kindness and professionalism of this group in helping me get my mom safely home.

I give it 1 star for good service in terms of setting up, delivering and picking up bed. The other 4 stars are lost when they charged my card twice even tho I returned the bed well ahead of time which resulted in 2 overdraft fees. After talking with bank to put a stop gap on Allied and attempt but failed to recover overdraft fees I contacted allied medcor who put their finance person on the phone to just constantly tell me she ran my card only once and refunded once even tho my bank statement shows it twice and refused to assist in overdraft fees they caused. Safe to say they lost my business for misuse of my financial information and setting me back $70 due to their mistake in paper filing.

I was traveling in Tucson. As I was setting up my bipap equipment I found I had left behind a critical part of my mask. I call with only 5 minutes before closing. The Angle who answered the phone was not familiar with the pice I needed. She invited me to come and she would stay late for me. She opened the door and we were able after some searching on the shelves exactly what I needed. I am very grateful for her. I will be safe this week with all the parts I need. Thank you so much

We understand pediatric walkers are a specialty item and hard to come across especially when needed at the last minute. My husband called 10 different places with no luck, or one that had it but selling for an outrageous price “because they know they’re hard to come across”. But this place is a life saver. The lady was super helpful and we found the perfect walker at a great price just in time for our son to be released from the hospital. Thank you allied medcor we are very grateful!

Hello, I recently moved here to AZ from Ky. And I had a problem with my C-pap's machines airflow. The very nice young lady and gentleman working that morning were very friendly and helpful. They were able to resolve my issue and suggested replacement parts. And now, I'm happy to say I'm back in the good night sleep mode again! Thank you for being so kind to a new community member!!!

Everything was great when it came to the phone calls, and payment. I’m not sure what their process or training is because the driver was so rude. I heard him talking poorly about a previous customer he had delivered too. Something to do with a bed. But I found this very rude. Also, they have changed drivers. Artty was the driver that helped so much, and was very professional, but he doesn’t work there anymore. The drivers they have now won’t help out like Artty did..
