Mr. Cortez Martin was great. He explained how to use everything and how to change every piece along with when 1, 3, or 6 months. He gave me instructions on what needed done and when it needed done. He informed me where to order supplies who to contact in emergency or place for service and supplies orders.

Tonya made a home visit to our quadriplegic son, even though her day was already jam-packed. She was knowledgeable about adjusting the vent for his current need, did not rush the appointment, and made excellent recommendations for fitting a mask for him. The next day, she even dropped off an additional mask for him to try that she didn't happen to have in her car the first visit. Tonya absolutely went above and beyond for us.
