Pleasant staff. Clean and well maintained environment with lots of space. Dr Rodney is pleasant, approachable and very thorough with his questions and examination. He listens carefully and allow patients' input when making decisions for care. I was seen within 5 min of my appointment. It is also very convenient to have lab work done on site, instead of having to go to another institution.

Do not trust this organization. I made an appointment for 10:20 and got my test at 11:45. Waiting in a parking lot outside in the middle of the high sun.

The staff did not take proper care of the materials often dropping test bags on the floor and throwing trash on the ground.

My email messages were ignored and my requests not addressed. Very poor customer service.

Most frustrating part, they guaranteed results in 30 minutes for a rapid test. After calling and email customer service it took nearly 5 hours to get my results.

Trusting this company to deliver on a promise was a big mistake, as i missed the event that I needed this test for in the first place due to the extreme delay.

Please seek a more reputable and reliable service.

The office is immaculate, the staff friendly and professional.
If I lived locally, I'd leap at the opportunity the choose this as my primary physician.
I attended an event here, for Positive Health Alliance which offers free hiv medications including Truvada.
They also offer free testing and treatment with a focus on prevention.
They test for all STDs and a free labs panel, kidney function, etc, all at no cost.
Hiv prevention measures shouldn't be limited to people involved in high risk activities or parternered with someone who has hiv or AIDS. If you are with someone who is, taking steps to protect yourself should be a priority.

I came due to an incentive and was very clear that I did not need them for any prescriptions as I was already filling my prescription with another clinic. They filled my prescription at a place that is very far from where I lived. I did not want them to fill my prescriptions and was very clear about it. They did not listen.
